A noiseless environment has a negative impact on a person’s psyche, since absolute silence is not a familiar background environment for him.

Music therapy as the holistic use of music as the main and leading factor influencing the development of a child includes such areas as vocal therapy (singing, music therapy in movements (dancing, musical rhythmic games, playing music on musical instruments and others.

The attitude towards music in our society is somewhat different than before; the musical environment is filled with pop and entertainment music, so it is important to maintain children’s interest in classical and folk music.

Elements of music therapy can also be used in a group during the day.

The morning reception in kindergarten begins with the music of Mozart, because “Mozart has an impact that is incomparable to others. Being an exception among exceptions, it has a liberating, healing, healing effect. His strength surpasses everything that we can see from his predecessors, contemporaries and followers.” This music promotes close contact between an adult and a child, creates an atmosphere of comfort, warmth, love and ensures psychological well-being.

Options for music for the morning reception may include the following works:

1. “Morning” (music by Grieg from the suite “Peer Gynt”).

2. Musical compositions (Paul Mauriat orchestra)

3. Arrangements for Russian folk orchestra (“Barynya”, “Kamarinskaya”, “Kalinka”)

Daytime sleep takes place under quiet, calm music. It is known that sleep is considered as a manifestation of the complexly organized activity of a number of brain structures. Hence its most important role in ensuring the neuropsychic health of children. Music during sleep has a healing therapeutic effect. Daytime sleep can be accompanied by the following pieces of music:

1. Piano solo (Kleiderman and symphony orchestra).

2. “Seasons” by P. I. Tchaikovsky.

3. Beethoven, Sonata No. 14 “Moonlight”.

4. Bach – Gounod “Ave Maria”.

Music for the evening helps relieve accumulated fatigue and stressful situations during the day. It calms, relaxes, normalizes blood pressure and the functioning of the nervous system of the child’s body. To do this, you can use the following melodies:

Music therapy - one of the promising directions in the life of a preschool educational institution. It helps to correct the psychophysical health of children in the process of their life.

There are active (motor improvisations accompanied by verbal commentary corresponding to the nature of the music) and passive (listening to stimulating, calming or stabilizing music specifically or as a background) form of music therapy. Listening to correctly selected music and performing psycho-gymnastic studies by M. Chistyakova increases the immunity of children, relieves tension and irritability, headaches and muscle pain, and restores calm breathing.

Modern information, superimposed on ancient knowledge, shows that the sounds of various musical instruments have different effects on the human body: the sound of percussion instruments can give a feeling of stability, confidence in the future, physically invigorate, and give a person strength.

Wind instruments influence the formation of the emotional sphere. Moreover, brass instruments instantly awaken a person from sleep, making him alert and active.

The intellectual sphere corresponds to music performed by keyboard instruments, especially piano music. It is no coincidence that the sound of the piano is called the most mathematical music, and pianists are considered to be among the musical elite, who have clear thinking and a very good memory.

String instruments directly affect the heart. They, especially violins, cellos and guitars, develop a sense of compassion in a person. Vocal music affects the whole body, but most of all the throat.

The expression “charming voice” is very relevant at the present time, since the ability to expressively pronounce an elephant has become a real art of subordinating people to one’s will, creating a certain image, which is extremely important for a politician, a leader and any person who needs

communication skills.

Our breathing is rhythmic. Unless we are doing strenuous exercise or lying quietly, we usually take an average of 25-35 breaths per minute. Listening to fast, loud music after slow music can produce the effect described by Nietzsche: “My objections to Wagner's music are physiological. I find it difficult to breathe when his music affects me.” By slowing down the tempo of a piece of music, you can make your breathing deeper and calmer. Usually chants, modern orchestrations and folk music have this effect.

Body temperature also responds to music. Loud music with strong rhythms can raise the temperature by several degrees and warm us up in the cold, while soft music can cool us down. As Igor Stravinsky noted, “The drums and bass act like a central heating system.”

In kindergarten, children need music throughout the day. This does not mean that it should sound continuously and loudly. Children should listen to music in doses, depending on the time of day, type of activity, and even the children’s mood.

It’s good if the children in the group are greeted in the morning by a friendly teacher who will prudently turn on sunny major-key classical music, good songs with good lyrics. After all, every day a child suffers, even if unnoticeable, trauma - a situation of separation from home and parents. Therefore, one of the health-improving and preventive tasks of preschool educational institutions should becreating optimal conditions for the daily reception of childrento their second home - a kindergarten. And music provides an invaluable service in this regard.

To relax, relieve emotional and physical stress, and for a pleasant immersion in daytime sleep, you need to take advantage of the beneficial influence of melodic classical and modern relaxing music filled with the sounds of nature (the rustling of leaves, the voices of birds, the chirping of insects, the sound of sea waves and the cry of dolphins, the babbling of a brook). Children calm down and relax on a subconscious level.

Teachers should pay special attention to the musical reflex awakening of children after a nap. This technique was developed by N. Efimenko as opposed to the standard awakening of children by the teacher’s loud command “Rise!” For this purpose, quiet, gentle, light, joyful music is used.

A small composition should be kept constant for about a month so that the baby develops a waking up reflex. Hearing the sound of familiar music, it will be easier and calmer for children to move from a state of complete rest to active activity. In addition, you can perform sets of exercises to the music without getting your children out of bed.

Explanatory note.

Currently, for us, teachers of modern society, the problem of increasing morbidity in children of primary preschool age has become acute. An analysis of the behavior of children in the first days of their stay in a child care institution shows that the process of adaptation, i.e. adaptation to new social conditions is not always easy and quick for all children. For many children, the adaptation process is accompanied by a number of, albeit temporary, serious disturbances in behavior and general condition. Such violations include:

1. loss of appetite (refusal to eat or malnutrition)
2. sleep disturbance (children cannot fall asleep, sleep is short-term, intermittent),
3. and the emotional state also changes (children cry a lot, get irritated).

Today, psychologists, teachers and other specialists are working on this problem in preschool institutions. Many are looking for innovative methods and models of psychological and pedagogical assistance to children. In turn, I, as a music director for young children, decided not to stand aside and turned to such a little-studied correctional method as music therapy. Music therapy is a method that uses music as a means of correcting emotional abnormalities, fears, motor and speech disorders, behavioral abnormalities, communication difficulties, as well as for the treatment of various somatic and psychosomatic diseases.

Outstanding psychoneurologist academician V.M. Bekhterev believed that music has a positive effect on breathing, blood circulation, eliminates growing fatigue and gives physical vigor. He also believed that with the help of musical rhythm it is possible to establish balance in the activity of the child’s nervous system, moderate overly excited temperaments and disinhibit inhibited children, and regulate incorrect and unnecessary movements.

In turn, having studied various literature, the work experience of specialists and teachers, I decided to create an adaptive program on the influence of music on the psycho-emotional state of young children, which I called.

The methodological basis of my work was the theoretical developments in music therapy by such scientists as V.I. Petrushin, A.I. Popov, K. Ruger and others. But, for the most part, in my research, I rely on the unique program of S.V. Shusharjan Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, President of the International Academy of Integrative Medicine.

The Adagio program is intended for children from 1, 6 to 3 years old. It fits organically into the work of the music director and the entire pedagogical process.

Music therapy is organized in individual and group forms. Each of these forms can be presented in three forms:
o Active (vocal therapy, instrumental music therapy);
o Integrative (music color therapy, music therapy).
Music affects some children more acutely than words.

The perception of music does not require preparation and is accessible to children from a very early age.

Purpose of the program: creating favorable conditions for children to stay in preschool educational institutions through step-by-step listening to classical and instrumental works.

Tasks:
create optimal conditions for newly arrived children during the adaptation period,
promote a positive psycho-emotional state of young children through music therapy;
integrate musical influence with other activities.

Expected result: the beneficial effect of music on the general emotional state of young children (relieving anxiety, fears, undergoing adaptation in a mild form).


Conditions for the program:

1. creating favorable conditions for listening to music;
2. formation of software and methodological support;
3. integration with other educational areas.

Basic principles of the program:
1. The principle of science is the reinforcement of all ongoing activities aimed at promoting health with scientifically based and practically proven methods.
2. The principle of activity and consciousness - the participation of the entire team of teachers in the search for new, effective methods and targeted activities to improve the health of children.
3. The principle of complexity and integrativeness is the solution of health-improving tasks in the system of the entire educational process and all types of activities.
4. The principle of targeting and continuity - taking into account different levels of development and health status.
5. The principle of effectiveness and assurance - a guarantee of a positive result regardless of the age and level of development of children.

Sections of the program include listening to classical and instrumental music in:
1. adaptation period;
2. morning exercises;
3. sleep. hour;
4. joint activities of the music director with children;
5. independent activity.

The program involves various forms of organizing young children:
Use of music:
- in gaming activities;
- morning exercises;
- in the joint activities of the music director and children;
- during regime processes;
- in other educational areas (familiarization with the outside world, speech development, visual activity);
- during a walk (in warm weather);
- at holidays and entertainment.
Music in everyday life:
- theatrical activities;
- listening to music in a group;
- walk;
- children's games;
- examination of pictures, illustrations in children's books, reproductions, objects of the surrounding reality.
