- original ticket or notification of acceptance of a lottery bet;
- the winning code you received via SMS and the phone number to which the ticket was issued;
- a copy of the passport or other identification document (2.3 pages and the registration page);
- Bank details:
- bank name;
- correspondent bank account;
- Bank BIC;
- payee's current account (20 characters). The account must be replenished and opened for the individual from whom the application for payment was received;
- A copy of the TIN certificate.
If you are a citizen of Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan or Georgia, then in order to receive your winnings, in addition to your passport, you will need a notarized translation of this document into Russian.
