House of discord: why Shepelev was left homeless. Zhanna Friske's little son was left without a home Shepelev built a house with Friske's money

Residents of the village said that the cottage was sealed. According to neighbors, Dmitry Shepelev periodically comes to check the house that he and Zhanna Friske began to build. However, apparently, the TV presenter will soon lose it.

Some time ago it became known that Zhanna Friske’s son Platon must repay part of the debt that is owed to the relatives of the deceased singer. “The Perovsky Court of Moscow ordered that the entire missing amount be recovered from Friske’s heirs - 21,633,214 rubles,” such a decision was made earlier.

However, while the child is a minor, his father, Dmitry Shepelev, will deal with his debts. According to the latest data, the TV presenter’s country house in the village of Luzhki-2, which he built together with Zhanna Friske, was sealed.

Local residents with whom journalists were able to talk claim that bailiffs were recently waiting at the cottage. According to them, Dmitry sometimes comes to the house.

“He checks the heating, but the house is not mothballed. But now they probably won’t let him in anymore. Everything is sealed... Dima said that he and Zhanna wanted all this for their son, and now the house will go to strangers for debts. The boy never spent the night in the house in his wonderful nursery,” the neighbors said.

If the house does not cover the entire debt, the judicial authorities will also take away Zhanna Friske’s apartment, which is located on Presnya. Her father Vladimir Borisovich has said more than once that she has never been to the country house, but the neighbors say otherwise.

“I saw them at the very beginning, when we just bought the house. The three of them came here with the baby. It was already clear that she was sick, her face was somehow different... But they looked happy and cheerful. They fried kebabs and showed the boy rabbits (the workers bred them). After Zhanna's death, Dima came here constantly. Alone or with a boy. I supervised the construction site and walked here with my child. He still comes, but he doesn’t build anything anymore,” said a resident of the village.

The future presenter was born in the capital of Belarus, in the city of Minsk. From early childhood he began to work hard on his future, and already in his student years he worked part-time as a DJ and presenter. The work of a radio station presenter attracted him little, so he began to think about emigrating.

In 2004, Dmitry Shepelev received an offer from the Ukrainian music channel M1 to work as their morning show host, to which he happily agreed and immediately moved to Kyiv.

The management gave him an apartment to live in, which was located not far from the television studio.

Despite the fact that work on a prestigious channel was very promising, Shepelev did not have enough money to live in the capital, so for several years he was torn between Minsk and Kiev.

In Belarus, Dmitry was a DJ and worked as a radio presenter. Soon, work on Ukrainian television bore fruit, and in 2008 Shepelev became the host of the popular project Star Factory 2. Then there were the projects Karaoke Star, Make the Comedian Laugh and many others. The busy work schedule affected the presenter’s lifestyle, and he moved to Kyiv for permanent residence.

Over the next year, he worked actively, but there was no information about his personal life - all this time he lived alone. Before Dmitry had time to properly settle in the Ukrainian capital, he again received a tempting job offer - this time from Russia, and he soon moved to Moscow.

In Russia, he got a job on Channel One, where he hosted the programs Dostoye Respubliki and Minute of Glory.
Soon he again begins to live in two countries: he spends six months in Moscow and six months in Kyiv. During filming, he lives in rented apartments.

Since 2010, the presenter has no permanent residence - he again becomes a student and studies visual arts at the European Humanities University in Vilnius, Lithuania. All this time, Shepelev does not sit still and constantly travels around Europe. In 2011, he moved to the USA for several months.

In the summer of the same year, he moved to Miami, where he became close to Zhanna Friske and spent a lot of time with her. They live in Miami until the New Year 2012, which they celebrated together in America.

Life with Zhanna Friske

In 2012, they officially announced their relationship and began appearing at social events. Even later, Shepelev visits Zhanna Friske’s parents, where he spends a lot of time. That same year, the couple moved to Italy, where they vacationed together for several months, occasionally coming to Moscow and Kyiv for filming.

At the beginning of 2013, information appears about Zhanna's pregnancy, and the lovers again settle in Miami - this time to be under the supervision of doctors all the time.

In April 2013, their joint child, son Plato, was born.

Unfortunately, the family idyll was overshadowed by the sad news - Zhanna was diagnosed with brain cancer, and over the next two years, Dmitry Shepelev treated her. He was on the road all the time, looking for doctors in America, Japan, Germany, Israel, Switzerland and other countries.

In the periods between rehabilitations, the couple relaxes at home with Zhanna’s parents along with her relatives and son. Friske's parents live in a house built on the territory of the former village of Nikolsko-Arkhangelskoye.

Life after the death of Zhanna Friske

In 2015, the singer fell into a coma and died a month later. All this time, Dmitry Shepelev was next to her, but two days before the tragedy he left with his son for Bulgaria.

Philip Kirkorov agreed to shelter the TV presenter and his son, kindly offering to host the whole family in his Villa.

Vladimir Friske said that over the past four months he has never seen Plato’s grandson, the Komsomolskaya Pravda website reports. The singer’s father explained that Zhanna Friske’s son is now vacationing with Dmitry Shepelev in Bulgaria. “I sent my wife there, but I didn’t go because I was afraid of scandals. I’m a person of emotions, so I couldn’t talk to this person. I think he’ll come and we’ll come to an agreement. A bad peace is better than any quarrel,” he said.

ON THE TOPIC

According to Vladimir, Shepelev allowed him to see his grandson once a month and with strict conditions. “He said: “My conditions are once a month with a security guard and a nanny. And so that your youngest daughter and Olga Orlova are not there,” explained the singer’s father.

In addition, Zhanna's father said that the lover did not treat the sick singer too warmly, and besides, he allowed himself to live luxuriously at her expense. According to Vladimir, his daughter entrusted Shepelev with all her finances, which he abused. “And when Zhanna saw everything worse, even in the evening he brought her some papers to sign. I told her: “Under no circumstances sign anything.” And then problems began with finances. And with medications. We began to fear that he may give her the wrong medicines, pills that suit her... Especially after his phrase: “I wish this would all be over, I’m so tired!” recalls Vladimir’s father, who also said that while Zhanna was dying, Shepelev built a house in the Moscow region with her money and raised funds for the filming of the video. “After Zhanna left, we went to check the account, but there was nothing there. But I know that she had money,” he added.

The singer’s father said that the land where the mansion was built was first registered in the name of Shepelev and Zhanna. “When she got sick, he kept slipping her documents. The agreement was that the daughter would pay for this house, and he would give her the money over time. The amount was about a million dollars. Zhanna paid this money. He had to pay in installments,” explained Vladimir. He also added that Dmitry transferred only the first tranche and not in full - instead of 40 thousand euros, he returned only 30 thousand euros.

“And that’s it, the tranches are over. You can ask the accountant about this. All the planes in which he flew in business class were with Zhanna’s money,” Vladimir also emphasized.

The confrontation between the relatives of Zhanna Friske, who died of cancer, and her common-law husband Dmitry Shepelev continues. After a time-out, the Friske family’s lawyers again move on to decisive action, which they told Komsomolskaya Pravda about.

Grandson forgets grandparents

After the death of Zhanna Friske, her four-year-old son Plato is raised by the boy's father Dmitry Shepelev. Due to a quarrel with the singer’s parents, the TV presenter refuses to allow Zhanna’s relatives to see the child.

The court ordered Shepelev to provide visits with the baby to Friske’s grandparents once a month. But Dmitry does not comply with the court’s decision under various far-fetched pretexts: either there is no time, then they left, then Plato got sick, and so on, lawyers for the singer’s father Vladimir Friske told KP. - Another date in January was canceled again. Dmitry, in turn, says: Plato doesn’t even want to see his grandparents. We suspect that Shepelev is deliberately setting the child against his loved ones. On one date, Plato asked: “Grandfather, when will you return the house and money to dad and me?” At our last meeting last year, I didn’t want to communicate with my grandmother and turned away from her. He said that dad forbids accepting gifts from relatives... We insist on conducting an independent psychological examination of Plato. Perhaps this attitude comes from Dmitry, who can instill anything in a child.

But a boy may behave this way not because of his father’s malice, but simply because he forgets his grandparents. Psychologists say: children have short memories. And if they don’t see someone for a long time, they begin to forget...

This is a vicious circle: the child will not remember his relatives if Shepelev continues to prevent them from meeting. As a result, it turns out that the boy is artificially deprived of relatives. This violates the rights of the child!

Using this power of attorney, Shepelev bought a house with a plot.

Mansion of Discord

We know Shepelev’s blue dream - to live with Plato in a country house purchased during Zhanna’s lifetime in the Istra district of the Moscow region, Friske’s lawyers continue. - He's very close to it, but we're going to intervene.

Let us remind you: soon after Zhanna learned about her terrible diagnosis, Shepelev withdrew a large amount from her account. With this money he bought a country house. KP has reviewed a copy of the power of attorney issued

July 2, 2013 in Miami (June 24, Zhanna went to an American clinic for the first time, where she was given a fatal diagnosis). As follows from the document, the singer entrusted Dmitry “to buy, at a price and on terms at his own discretion, 1/2 of a share of a land plot with a total area of 3,730 sq. m. m (...) and 1/2 share of a residential building with a total area of 393 sq. m".

- Why did she trust him to purchase only half of the land and the house?

Because it was understood that Shepelev would buy the second half with his own money. But he did not have the funds at that moment. And he promised that he would return the money for this half later. In total, Dmitry spent 38 million rubles on the purchase. Of these, 36 million went to the land plot and 2 million to the house itself.

Now, according to lawyers, Shepelev’s debt to the Friske family is half of this amount - 19 million rubles.

By the way, Zhanna had never been to this cottage due to illness; she had only seen it in photographs. Shepelev still lives with his child in a rented apartment.

He was unable to move into the house immediately after Zhanna’s death due to legal intricacies. The second half of the mansion, registered to Zhanna, was divided in equal shares between the heirs - Plato and the singer's parents. After a quarrel with his would-be son-in-law, Vladimir Friske refused to let him into the cottage.

At the same time, Vladimir Friske announced that he was ready to give up the house altogether if Shepelev regularly allowed him to see his grandson, lawyers emphasize. - At first Dmitry promised to arrange visits with the child, but then he began to fuss.

In order to somehow improve relations, Vladimir Friske took a step towards him. He and Zhanna's mother gave up their shares in the house in favor of their grandson. Half of the cottage now belongs to Plato. The second still remains with Shepelev.

“We recently learned about Shepelev’s desire to move into this house,” Friske’s lawyers say. - But he never fulfilled his promise - he did not pay 19 million to his relatives for half of this property. And if so, we are filing a lawsuit against Shepelev.

"Withdrawal failed"

“We recently learned another interesting fact,” continue the lawyers of the Friske family. - Dmitry contacted the bank with the hope of receiving Zhanna’s personal money from her personal account. During her lifetime, Zhanna sold her house in America and deposited the proceeds -

475 thousand dollars - into the account. Shepelev knew that Zhanna had an account at the bank, but did not know its number. And then he submitted an application: they say that they have a bank account for Zhanna Friske, and he, as Plato’s legal representative, has the right to receive the money. At the same time, in the statement he indicated that Plato is the only heir, there are no other heirs. That is, he deliberately misled bank employees. Nevertheless, bank employees learned that there was a trial between Shepelev and Zhanna’s relatives, and refused to give him money. We plan to bring Shepelev to justice for attempted fraud.

ANOTHER REPRECATION

“He told jokes at the wake”

Shepelev is taking revenge on us with the help of a child, says Vladimir Friske. - He is capable of incomprehensible actions. I remember Zhanna telling how they were vacationing abroad - they stayed in the house of the same hostess. We didn’t like something and decided to move out. So Shepelev took and urinated in her flower pot - such a minor dirty trick. And how he behaved at Jeanne’s wake! At some point, he jumped out to the third floor, stood out the window, and pretended that he was going to jump out. Everything is so demonstrative. He said: “I can’t live without her, I’ll jump now!” He was grabbed and dragged away. But then he laughed and said: “Why are you scared? Am I a fool? I will still live, and for a long time!” That is, he simulated a suicide attempt. The guests were shocked, they saw it all (TV presenter Lera Kudryavtseva hinted at this case, without disclosing details, in her show “Secret for a Million.” - Ed.). And after this incident, Shepelev told jokes, laughed, drank, and behaved inappropriately. It seemed that he was even glad that he had found complete freedom...

The house that Dmitry Shepelev bought for his beloved and their common son Platon may go at auction for 30 million rubles. Not only the whole country raised funds for the sick singer. Residents of other countries also took part in the charity event. Rusfond filed a lawsuit against the singer’s heirs, which transferred 21,633,214 rubles for the treatment of Zhanna Friske. However, this money did not help the singer. Dmitry Shepelev did not get along with his family even before Zhanna’s illness, and after her death he completely stopped communicating with them. A struggle began between him and the Friske family for custody of Plato. Now the child is presumably with Dmitry’s parents in the Republic of Belarus.

The money collected for treatment disappeared in an unknown direction. No one can account for them. Since the report was not provided, Rusfond demands a refund. Shepelev and the Friske family claim that they have nothing to do with money. The civil court decided to recover the entire amount from Jeanne’s heirs - the son of Plato, whose actual guardian is Dmitry Shepelev, and the artist’s parents. Since both parties deny their involvement in the disappearance of a huge amount, the singer’s property, that is, a house in the village of Luzhki-2, will be used to pay off the debt.

Friske’s parents claim that Shepelev bought this house with the singer’s money and has never been in it. Neighbors say that the TV presenter constantly took part in the construction and arrangement of the building and premises.“I saw them at the very beginning, when we just bought the house. He still comes, but he doesn’t build anything anymore,” says the neighbor.
