What about the daughter of Olga Ushakova. Olga Ushakova, TV presenter: biography, career, personal life

How did you meet your husband?

We met about four years ago in London. My friend and I stood in line in the dressing room of a popular restaurant, and Adam and a friend did not notice the line and came up from the other side. Pretty hungry and annoyed by the sluggishness of the cloakroom attendant, I called out to the “impudent ones”. They apologized warmly and at length. And then, according to my husband, he watched me from the side all evening and, when we were getting ready to go home, he realized that he could not let me leave ... And now we are already husband and wife, although it was initially difficult to imagine that In principle, we can get at least some kind of relationship. We are both too complicated people, besides, all circumstances were against us, the most important of which is distance.

How did Adam propose to you?

For several years we rushed between the two cities, arranged dates on neutral territory. And on one of them, in Vienna, Adam proposed to me. In principle, we have been discussing the further development of our relations for a long time and came to the conclusion that it’s enough to fly in the sky both literally and figuratively, it’s time to create a family, a hearth, a nest - in general, something earthly and tangible, and I I didn't think much about engagement. First, Adam had to ask for my hand in children, then - from my dad. And all this was so touching and important for me that, it would seem, more is not needed. But the beloved chose the moment when I least expected the proposal, and knelt down on one knee in the royal scenery - in the park of the Belvedere castle.

How many guests were there?

We decided to invite only the closest relatives: parents, brothers and sisters with their families - a total of 18 people. Although the original plan was for a big wedding. That's what the groom wanted, and I didn't seem to mind. I love big holidays and I enjoy arranging them. But this time I wanted something else. Having started the organization, I realized that this wedding would not be about us. I wanted something soulful, chamber, to slowly enjoy every moment.

Why did you decide to have a wedding in Cyprus, and at the hottest time?

On one of our first trips, we went to Cyprus and stayed in a very beautiful place - a private villa complex with a beautiful garden. In the evenings we sat in a gazebo overlooking the sea. And somehow everything was so perfect, elegant and romantic that the thought involuntarily slipped through my mind: it would be great to have a wedding here.

As for the date, everything is much less romantic - we squeezed the wedding into our work schedules and combined it with a short summer vacation. But already within the resulting interval, they chose a beautiful date 07/17/17. Adam's birthday is on the 17th and mine is on the 7th. We thought it would be symbolic. But really, at this time it is hot on the island, so we scheduled the ceremony for the evening, literally an hour and a half before sunset. It's funny that at first we chose 16:00. Then, a few days before the wedding, I arrived at the place and every day I went to the beach at a certain time: first at four o'clock, then at five, at half past five - and finally, by experience, I found out that six o'clock in the evening would be ideal.

What were the decor, floristry, music, food, entertainment like?

When celebrating a wedding on the beach, the most obvious thing seems to be to use a nautical theme. But this is exactly what I did not want categorically - no starfish, ropes and anchors. The only reference to the sea was the shells on which the calligrapher had drawn the names of the guests for seating. To describe the style, in a conversation with a decorator, I eventually came up with this definition: a prosperous fishing village. Real boats, which now served as decorations for the garden, fit perfectly into this concept. We dressed the children in blue linen overalls and loose white shirts, and straw hats completed the look. For the rest of the guests, the dress code was limited to a certain color scheme - there was a ban on bright colors. I wanted the natural blue expanse of the sea, olive trees and a pale pink sunset to be the brightest colors. And in general, we tried to use natural scenery to the maximum. So we abandoned the classical altar.

I initially knew that I did not want a flower arch - I always feel very sorry for the flowers that remain to die immediately after the Mendelssohn's march subsides. We chose two trees that form a natural arch and decorated them a little with white bougainvillea - it is in bloom at this time. The rest of the flowers were ordered from Israel - all within the framework of our pastel-powder range. Although it must be said that local florists know their business and all the compositions delighted us for several more days after the wedding. By the way, our team is international. Who will be my photographer, I knew even before I got married. Elina and I met just on the set for Wedding - I starred as a bridesmaid. The photographer, in turn, recommended the videographer. I found the organizer in Moscow also on the recommendation. It was important for me that we were on the same wavelength and close to each other. Cyprus has its own criteria for a good wedding: the main thing is to invite as many guests as possible and feed everyone well. They don't pay much attention to details. Therefore, even Cypriot contractors are our former compatriots. Only the musicians were native Cypriots. We invited a duet of violinists for the solemn part and a jazz band for dinner.

Almost the most important question: how did you choose the dress?

Another accent to the overall style was brought by the dress. I chose it shortly before the appointed day of the wedding quite by accident. It was buried in a pile of other puffy dresses. I saw only a piece of lace and immediately realized - this is what I was looking for. Real puffy wedding dress with corset and train. But at the same time, it did not look pretentious at all. The Cypriot style lace fit perfectly into the concept of the wedding and even gave it a new direction. We added lace to the decor and ordered personalized napkins made from the famous Lefkarian lace as a keepsake for guests. This is an ancient local craft, which is even under the protection of UNESCO. We also prepared lace parasols and wooden fans with our initials for the guests.

It took us no more than an hour and a half to create the image, and I was ready even before the groom. True, right before the exit there was a force majeure: one of the bridesmaids caught her heel on my dress. The sound of cracked fabric made my heart skip a beat. The hole in the top layer of lace turned out to be huge. But I decided for myself that it was for luck. The tear was mended right on me, and, in fact, no one noticed anything. Some of the organizers then complimented my endurance, saying that some would have postponed the wedding after this.

What was the most important thing at this wedding?

Atmosphere! She was perfect, exactly what we wanted. Everything was moderately solemn, but nevertheless very family-like. Absolutely everyone felt comfortable.

What was the most touching and emotional moment?

Our first eye contact with my future husband. He stood at the “altar”, and I walked towards him through the garden, arm in arm with my father. At this moment, the violinists broke the heart with our favorite Coldplay tune. It was a fabulous moment.

What do you remember the most?

To be honest, it's hard to single out just one. It was like one tune, well played from beginning to end. First, a very touching solemn part, oaths, rings, congratulations to loved ones. Then a short romantic photo shoot at sunset. At this time, guests were treated to drinks, fruits and light snacks in the lemonade bar, which we organized on real, very heavy barrels. I remember how much work it took to drag them there. Then we all sat down at the table, speeches and toasts began. Both families have a good sense of humor, so we laughed to tears. Since we have an international family, the wedding turned out to be a kind of mix of European and Russian traditions. Due to the fact that the company was small, any games went with a bang, as everyone was involved - the battle of shoes, the dance battle and other entertainment kept the mood high until the very end. Not without, of course, the first dance of the newlyweds. It was a delicate moment as we didn't get a chance to rehearse. Therefore, the day before, I showed the groom just a few movements. And to disguise our clumsiness, she edited a slide show, which, along with music, was brought to the big screen during the dance. As a result, everything turned out surprisingly well for us, and it even became a little insulting that the photos drew some attention to themselves, while we danced very famously. The final chord, of course, was a cake and a small fireworks display. But even after that, no one wanted to disperse, and we sat on the beach for a long time and chatted.

“Being in this flow is my habit from the time when I myself worked in the news,” admits TV presenter Olga Ushakova, the main face of the Good Morning program. - Now in the morning program this is not required of us, but this is my own bar, which I do not want to lower - I must always be ready to speak on any important topic. But you need to understand: taking a break from information does not mean completely blocking this flow. It's more efficient for me to just switch to reading books or doing homework. That is, you can stay on topic all the time without going crazy if you treat your brain with respect, give your mind quality food, and don’t litter it with unnecessary information from social networks. Sometimes, after all, you stumble upon some kind of nonsense, you read, you follow the link to another nonsense, then you catch yourself and think: “Why am I reading this at all ?!” Not bad, by the way, unloads the brain from the information load of learning a foreign language.

Elena Plotnikova, PRO.Zdorovye: Olga, by the way, with the advent of social networks, everyone is trying to record videos. It turns out that any video blogger can become a host?

: I would still not call bloggers leading. For the most part, blogging is where people pursue their hobby. Sometimes very talented, sometimes it even grows into something quite professional. But still, the profession of a TV presenter is, first of all, a profession that needs to be mastered. I'm talking now about major federal channels. It's not enough to be cute and relaxed. Leaders must be full-fledged journalists. Accordingly, to become a leader, you need to be erudite, have a lively mind and quick reaction, have high stress resistance, strong nerves and physical endurance.

- It is interesting to look behind the scenes of live broadcasts. What absolutely cannot be done? What mistakes can get fired?

- Of course, I'm not the boss, but I assume that the reasons for dismissal are not very different from the standard ones. Firstly, this is a gross violation of discipline and professional ethics. Can they get fired for mistakes? Probably, if they happen systematically and intentionally, then yes. However, the television authorities, of course, know all this cuisine, someone himself was in the chair of the presenter. Therefore, they know what is behind this or that oversight: it can be fatigue at the fifth hour of the broadcast, and a technical collapse, or the mistake of other people behind the scenes. Personally, I realize my mistakes, even minor ones, instantly, and even before someone talks about them, I will already eat myself alive. But I reassure myself that the one who does nothing is not mistaken.

- And then what is allowed? Maybe reservations, tautology and so on?

“It’s not that it’s allowed, but let’s just say it’s not fatal. We are real people, we work live, so no one is immune from reservations and other incidents. Professionalism is manifested in how you get out of difficult situations.

Children are the mirror of their parents

- Olga, you are a great example for many, the mother of two daughters, the eldest had developmental features. Could you give advice to parents whose children have been diagnosed with a difficult diagnosis, how to mentally survive the fact that your child is different from others?

- Unfortunately, no matter how much you read about it, no matter how much you hear, when this suddenly happens in your family, it is always a shock. And from the moment the diagnosis is made to the complete acceptance of the situation and their child, each parent will still go through all the stages: misunderstanding, denial, anger, throwing ... The most important thing that I can advise in this situation is not to close, not to hide. There are thousands of people around who have already gone through this, they can help both in word and deed. First of all, you need to realize that the concept of "normality" is very relative. We often say: "Here, we will not be able to live a normal life ..." This is not so! Everything that happens in our family is absolutely normal for me. This is our norm, whether someone likes it or not. We adapted to all the features and learned to be happy.

It's interesting to see how people approach raising children. Some believe that they do not need to be educated at all, the main thing is to love, others that you need to control every step, others that the child needs to become a friend. What type of mom are you?

- I agree that the child must first of all be loved and respected as a person from birth. But, of course, raising children is the primary task of parents. Another thing is what is meant by the word "education". Someone associates it almost with army laws, a belt and a complex scheme of punishments and rewards. I believe that you need to educate by example. It is in our power to instill the right habits, culture, love of reading or music, if that is what is naturally cultivated in your home. All this without any effort the child absorbs from early childhood. If you want your child to become better, start with yourself.

- I read that you have a philosophical attitude to life, live according to the principle "it is better to do and regret." Life experience has shown that you should not give in to the situation?

It's probably in the blood. She was born like this: curious, gambling, stubborn, used to getting her way. And over time, I also began to appreciate this very time more, so I really don’t spend it on long hesitation - I get into a fight, as they say, and then I’ll orient myself according to the situation. Of course, within reason. I am a mother and I am aware of my responsibility.

“Going to work like a soldier!”

- Olga, for almost three years you wake up earlier than other Russians in order to wake them up. Every time you turn on Good Morning, you want to ask the hosts: how do you manage to wake up so early to come to work? What time do you have to get up and go to bed?

- Before Good Morning, my schedule was exactly the opposite, with late broadcasts. So the process of reincarnation from "owl" to "lark" was quite painful. But you get used to everything - and here I am already a full-fledged early bird. Even on weekends, for me to get up around 8 is considered to be lying out late. But I still don't get much sleep on weekdays. Going to bed before 11 does not work in any way, and sometimes you have to get up at 3 in the morning. So these changes just need to be experienced. We hold on as best we can. I drink vitamins, fresh juices, invigorate yoga, sometimes I have to arrange a break for sleep during the day, if it’s completely unbearable.

Everything is simple here: I really love what I do. So, in whatever state I come to work - sleepy, sick, upset - as soon as the broadcast starts, everything fades into the background. There is a drive, a good adrenaline is produced. By the end of the program, however, the battery runs out, so about an hour before the end of the program, my partner and I take a break for breakfast during the news broadcast.

- Maybe you have secrets on how to learn to wake up quickly?

I set my alarm clock exactly at the time when I need to get up. I don’t like to drag out the rubber when you leave yourself time to “lie down”, then you fall asleep again, then the alarm goes off again. No, I'd rather have a full sleep for these 15 minutes, and then I'll get up like a soldier. After all, I am the daughter of a military man. When you sleep for 4-5 hours, then every minute matters. Therefore, I prepare everything in advance in the evening. Clothes are laid out in the order in which they will need to be put on, toothpaste on the brush, tea leaves in a thermo mug, water in the kettle. So I spend a minimum of time on fees in the morning.

"I can't live without eye patches"

Thanks for the compliment, but social media isn't always the real picture. I, like many girls, do not like to flaunt bruises under my eyes, bad mood and other troubles. In addition, there is such a psychological technique that works successfully: if you are sad, you have to force yourself to smile, just stretch your lips in a smile with a physical effort and hold for a while. The brain will receive a certain signal, and the mood will improve. Therefore, I try not to sour for any reason, it becomes a habit, and in general you become a cheerful person. That is, I believe that if you want to be happy, you can force yourself to be happy. After all, happiness is an internal state, it depends only on us, and not on the external environment. But, of course, everyone has bad days, this should also be accepted as part of life. As for how I manage to do everything ... I don’t have time! I just prioritize, so I always do really important things, and if I didn’t manage to do something minor, then I don’t get upset. I take care of myself mostly at home, it saves a lot of time.

- I visit a beautician once every 2 weeks for an ultrasonic facial cleansing. Once every six months I go through a course of mesotherapy. At home, I regularly make moisturizing masks. But the main beauty secret is proper sleep, sports and fresh air. And yet nothing adorns a woman like light from within, and it is possible only when we are in harmony with ourselves and love lives inside us - for family, ourselves, work, the world as a whole.

— Back to your early rise. Usually in the mornings, girls have bruises under their eyes and other morning “charms”. You have nothing at 6 in the morning. What helps?

“I don't do anything special. Well, I had bruises under my eyes from early childhood - very thin skin and close vessels. So I take it easy on them. For the broadcast, of course, they make me up, but even here I prefer a thin foundation and a minimal amount of corrector. Otherwise, I just physically feel the heaviness on the skin. Fortunately, there are still such wonderful people on television as lighting specialists. Here they are responsible for our shining faces. The right light works wonders. For the under eye area, I really like to use patches. They are with me always and everywhere - on the plane, in the car, on vacation.

It's spring now, everything is changing. Does the change of seasons affect you in any way? And how do you plan to spend the summer - at work or are you already looking after something for the holidays?

- I am like a flower: I feel that in the spring I come to life and bloom. I need the sun for energy and inspiration. That is why in winter I often fly away from Moscow for at least a couple of days. Well, I prefer to spend the summer just in our area. We live outside the city, since May we begin to feel like at a resort, when everything begins to bloom, birds sing. My daughters have birthdays in June and July, so these are traditionally the most important events of the summer. At this time, many guests come to us, sometimes we also get out somewhere. But at the same time, summer is also a hard time at work. It is during this period that we have the busiest schedule, so we have to conserve our strength. I try to find positive aspects in any season. But I will not prevaricate: the weather from mid-autumn to mid-spring in our region, to put it mildly, is not for everyone and does not favor long walks. And I love being in nature. Therefore, I look forward to warming, when nature begins to come to life, and with it I come to life.

I can’t even cope with my work with one child, and public people are completely ready to have two, three.

How are they resolved?

Liza Shirova, Altai Territory

I myself grew up in a large family, so for me the word "decide" is not entirely suitable. My husband and I recently Olga got married a second time - to a restaurateur Adama. - Red.) definitely wanted a baby after the wedding. By the way, he is also one of three children. So this figure does not scare any of us, - answers TV presenter Olga Ushakova. (Her third child should be born at the end of April. True, who will be - a boy or a girl - Olga and her husband decided not to find out in advance. - Ed.)

“Even in the position I am active”

Elena Plotnikova, “Pro Health”: Olga, were the girls (the presenter has two children - Ksenia and Daria. - Ed.) Immediately told about this event? How did they take it?

Olga Ushakova: Not right away. The news for them was a bit shocking. Still, there were two of them for 10 years, for them this is an understandable situation, they, like the weather, have never been particularly jealous of each other. And it's not clear what to expect. But by talking heart to heart I managed to calm them down. She explained that a mother's heart does not divide, but multiplies with each new child.

- You worked until the 7th month. Did you have enough strength for everything?

Yes, I was seething with energy, and it seemed that I could move mountains. Until the virus knocked me down at the beginning of the year, first one, then immediately the second - the children brought from school. I was sick for three weeks and decided it was time to slow down. Immunity was seriously weakened, I did not want to take any more risks. Although, I confess, it was not easy to stop.

- Olga, the question of how to get in shape after childbirth is frightening for you or not?

Why be afraid? I've done this trick twice already. Of course, I am now 10 years older, but I also approached this pregnancy in a better, more athletic form. Even the stomach did not show for a long time due to strong abdominal muscles. The main thing is that the pregnancy proceeds safely, that the child is healthy, and getting yourself in shape is a matter of time and desire.

- How are you working on the press and taking care of the skin of the abdomen?

I gave up ab exercises. I try to stay active, eat right, and literally bathe my belly in body oil to avoid stretch marks.

- Do you do sports now?

Of course, but in light mode. Running has been replaced by walking. I do some yoga, arm exercises with dumbbells, squats and lunges also spontaneously during the day. In addition, I have 2 massages a week. And I also dance in the evenings with the children. They like to arrange a disco before going to bed.

“Live in two cities? Love is not a problem!"

- Olga, did your husband Adam immediately find a common language with the girls?

I introduced Adam to my daughters a year after the beginning of our romance and first as a friend. And gave him a chance to win their trust and sympathy. My husband always understood that the support of my children is 50% of his success. In addition, he sincerely became attached to them. Over time, they naturally developed a warm, trusting relationship. There was never any jealousy on the part of the girls. This feeling most likely appears when the mother positions herself incorrectly and merges with the children. My daughters are absolutely sure that I love them and will never leave them. But at the same time, they respect my personality and independent unit.

- Did you have any fear that he would not be able to accept them?

No, I would not initially get involved in a relationship with a person who would not be ready to accept my children. And in general, such a statement of the question disgusts me. What does "accept" mean? If you love a person, then it goes without saying. Children are part of this person. It's like loving someone but not accepting their right hand. Me and my children are a family, our small but strong family. So my husband came into our lives and joined in. Fitted in very organically.

- Was a legal marriage important to you, or is it enough that your loved one is nearby?

I believe that marriage is a natural development of relationships. No matter how self-sufficient and modern people are, at some point a loving couple must come to this. Another question is when this will happen. There are no rules anymore. We came to this after a few years, and someone decides after a few months. Can't say it was the goal for me. But step by step, the relationship moved to the next level, the wedding became one of them.

- Your husband does not live in Russia. How do you manage to build a family life at a distance?

We live in two cities (the country in which her husband lives, the presenter keeps a secret. - Ed.). Depending on the circumstances, the priority location may change. It cannot be said that this is some kind of huge problem in modern times, when people are as mobile as possible. A few hours of flight - and you're already there. Sometimes I get from Ostankino longer to get home out of town. There are certain difficulties, but they are no more than in ordinary family life. They are just different. In any case, we had a choice - not to build relationships at all or build them in this way. We are not looking for easy ways, so we decided to try. In the end, most likely, we will settle in one place. But for now, because of work, they are forced to ride back and forth.

“Yoga and running are the basis for me”

- Do you have secrets on how to keep youth for a long time?

I think that if beauty procedures are used wisely, then the consequences for appearance will be very favorable. As in any business, you need to know when to stop. I have a positive attitude towards biorevitalization and mesotherapy. Tried this and that. But due to the tight schedule, such procedures, as well as everything after which I need to sit at home for some time, are not yet available to me. I am constantly in sight. But I do not neglect low-traumatic procedures: I do ultrasonic cleaning, facial massage, regularly apply masks at home, choose good cosmetics. My biggest enemy is lack of sleep. Of course, this does not make you younger. But I try to compensate for this moment with walks in the fresh air and a positive attitude. Best of all, a woman is rejuvenated by a good mood and a smile.

- I know that you have breakfast in the car. What do you usually take with you?

Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, cheesecakes - everything that I would eat at home. I practically live in a car, so I got the hang of eating there, and changing clothes, and putting on make-up.

- By the way, on Instagram you admitted that your strong point is a variety of breakfasts. What are you cooking for the girls? And what is their favorite dish in the morning?

They eat the same as me. Mostly healthy, proper breakfasts. But sometimes on weekends or holidays I pamper them with something not so much useful as tasty. For example, they love French toast with chocolate.

What sports did you do before pregnancy?

I like to change the load and activity, so as not to get bored. I often change classes in the gym - from body ballet to step aerobics. It also depends on the season. For example, in the summer I add cycling to the sports mode. And yoga and running are the basis, what I do always and everywhere.

- Do you think that sports can be practiced at home. Could you give advice on where to start for those who want to be in shape, but just can’t come to the gym?

I advise you to go to the gym and get competent advice from a professional trainer. Of course, elementary gymnastics can be done on your own, but if a person plans to work with dumbbells or weights, do lunges, and so on, then you still need to master the correct technique, feel the movement, learn it, and then repeat it at home. Otherwise, at best, classes can be wasted, and at worst, you can get injured. But I can safely recommend walking. Probably the most affordable and safest sport. You can go somewhere purposefully or go out for the sake of training. The main thing is to make it a habit to walk with your feet whenever possible, and not to use the achievements of technology.

“Coconut oil is a must have for me!”

- You have very beautiful hair. How do you take care of them?

Hair care takes almost the last place in my case. Good hair was awarded to me by nature and parents. I don’t treat my hair very well, for example, I style it with hot appliances almost every day. Of course, I use hair masks once a week. When I'm out in the sun, I spray sunscreen on them. In winter, I try to hide my hair under a hat completely, if I am on the street.

- By the way, your daughters have incredibly beautiful hair. Is it nature and age doing their thing?

I think it's heredity. Although their hair color is different. The older one is blonde. I love to mess with their hair, comb it, dry it with a hairdryer after washing. As if some special contact through the hair arises.

- What beauty products can you not do without at home or on vacation?

At home, I definitely can not do without a moisturizer. In our climatic conditions, my skin constantly suffers from dryness. Therefore, I always carry a convenient two-story jar with me: in the lower part - lip balm, in the upper - for the area under the eyes. But on vacation, I could probably get by with one can of coconut oil for all occasions. This is what I would take with me to a desert island: for the body, and for the face, and for the hair. And if necessary, pancakes can still be fried on it.

Olga Ushakova is a Russian TV presenter, known for her work on Channel One news and the Good Morning program. Finalist of the prestigious TEFI-2017 television award.

Childhood and youth

Olga Ushakova was born in the Crimea on April 7, 1981 in a large family. Since Olga's father was a military man, the family had to change cities in Russia and Ukraine every six months, or even less. Naturally, at school, Olga had problems in relationships with new classmates, and the future TV presenter had to defend her honor even with her fists, often conflicts were of a national character. However, Olga quickly found a common language with other classmates, and in high school she easily achieved authority.

Establishing communications with different people turned out to be a very useful skill for a career in television, which Olga had dreamed about since childhood. As a little girl, she picked up a newspaper and imitated the manner of television announcers, and for the sake of an impromptu interview, Olga picked up a comb (as a “microphone”) and pestered her acquaintances, bombarding them with questions.

Already at the age of 16, Olga graduated from school with a gold medal, moved to Kharkov and entered the university. In fact, she began an independent life, and she had to earn extra money, and over time, together with her young man (whose name Olga did not name), she began to do business. By the age of 23, she became the head of the Ukrainian branch of an international company that promoted major brands.

TV presenter career

Olga did not stay long as the head of the branch, since she moved to Moscow with a young man. It was then that she remembered her childhood dream and decided to try her hand at television, especially since the capital opened up great opportunities. At the tests at the Ostankino television center, the photogenic Olga was noticed, but her southern accent was pointed out.

The girl was nevertheless taken to the position of an intern, in which she trained her speech technique, searched for informational reasons for news stories and wrote them.

In 2005, Olga became the host of the morning news of Channel One, broadcasting to the eastern regions of Russia (for a week alternately with Andrei Ukharev).

In 2009, Olga Ushakova again appeared on the screen, but already as the host of the Channel One night news broadcasting to Central Russia. A year later, the “Other News” program was added to Olga's duties, the main hobby of which was apolitical stories.

From 2013 to 2017 Ushakova was one of the co-hosts of the annual Direct Line with Vladimir Putin.

In 2014, Ushakova moved to work as the host of the Good Morning program. At that time, the program underwent significant changes: the composition of the presenters became “younger”, the headings and topics for the stories were also updated. Such innovations benefited the program, and in 2015 the Good Morning program received the TEFI award. After 2 years, the program was again encouraged by this prestigious award, and Olga Ushakova herself (together with Sergey Babaev) was among the finalists in the nomination "Morning Program Host" (the award was received by Yulia Vysotskaya with the "Eat at Home" program).
