MOSCOW, 31 August. /TASS/. The screening of the film "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" will take place on October 22 at the Moscow "Crocus City Hall" (Crocus City Hall) accompanied by a symphony orchestra. This was reported in the press service of the site.
"For the first time in Russia, viewers will be able to immerse themselves in the enchanting world of symphonic music for the first film of one of the most beloved sagas in the history of cinema," the press service noted.
The film will be shown in English with Russian subtitles in HD quality on a 12-meter screen.
The musicians will perform the entire soundtrack for the film, written by John Williams. Conductor will be Justin Freer, President of CineConcerts.

The problem was that we found out late and inexpensive but tolerable places were sold out, there was not enough money for all sorts of "VIP" ... Therefore, we bought what was left hoping that, albeit from the edge, we would still see and hear everything that happened.
And we even got tickets in different rows, though one after another :)
The price of tickets was 2500 for each, a total of 7500 for all.

And on the appointed day, the young ladies, accompanied by a security guard in the form of me, very solemnly arrived at the ball for the long-awaited show. And indeed, this is not a banal film screening, this is a show. This is what it looked like when we arrived early

And as soon as the happy owners of the cherished tickets came to their seats, the girls let out a cry of disappointment...
Why? Yes, because the seats were designed to see the stage, but not the screen!

The uniqueness of Crocus City Hall is, first of all, in the engineering solution. The transforming hall is able to adapt to an event of any format: from a concert of a world superstar to a boxing match, a children's performance and even an ice show.
There are no complaints about the stage, if the action took place on it, then this review would not have happened.
But damn it, 7500 rubles for this???
Of course, we initially understood that we would have to sit on the side, and the child understood and accepted this fact. But not the same! The screen must be visible!
And there were tears ... There was indignant indignation, although it turned out to be impossible to convey and explain something to the staff.
It is difficult to convey in the review how upset and sad my girls were. Just imagine how the child was waiting for this event, that she even bought a special sweatshirt and took a "magic wand" to help Harry Potter :))
As a result, in order not to injure the child completely, the child who, by hook or by crook, wanted to get here, promising to wash the dishes in general to be the most wonderful in the world ... An independent decision was made under the cover of night to transplant her to an empty place in the center of the hall. Thank God no one came to this place, and the child's desire turned out to be fulfilled.
To pay tribute to the conductor and musicians - the show was at its best, the orchestra perfectly complemented the atmosphere of the film ... Amazing acoustics of the hall and amazing music. All this could make that day just unforgettable!
Of course, I think that this is an example of just the most ugly attitude towards the viewer!
For some, this may not be money at all, but for us, seven and a half thousand is quite significant, not fatal, of course, but insulting to tears!
The wife is now extremely determined to file a complaint with the management Crocus City Hall , so if there is any progress in this matter, the review will be supplemented.
