Timur Kizyakov said that he left the first channel on his own initiative. Timur Kizyakov revealed the truth about financial crimes Scandal with "video passports"

The program “So far, everyone is at home” will no longer be aired on Channel One. Timur Kizyakov, together with the film crew, resigned from the TV channel.

On Channel One, the show “So far, everyone is at home” will no longer be aired with host Timur Kizyakov.

Channel One terminated the contract with the company that produced the program. Since the program does not belong to "First", and was created by the manufacturing company, it will no longer be broadcast on it.

TV presenter Timur Kizyakov explained the reasons for leaving Channel One: together with the project “So far, everyone is at home,” he resigned of his own free will back in May, after the scandal with the video passports of orphans.

Kizyakov insists that at the beginning of June, the producer of the program, Dom LLC, on his own initiative, sent an official notice to Channel One that he would no longer create a program for them: “We did this because of the unacceptable methods of work of the channel’s management.” Kizyakov refused to disclose the essence of the claims. “We don’t know anything about the fact that the channel supposedly decided in April not to work with us anymore,” he told reporters.

However, according to Kizyakov, the break in relations with Pervy for Dom is not directly related to the video passport scandal: “Although it was extremely unpleasant for us that the channel did not protect us in this situation.”

Earlier, the media reported that the decision to terminate the contract with the company "Dom", which produced the program "So far, everyone is at home", was made about a month ago. Allegedly, this happened as a result of an internal audit, which was organized by the TV channel after the publication in the media of information that the presenters Timur and Elena Kizyakov received money from several sources at once for the production of so-called “video passports” for orphans (they were shown in the heading “Your will have a child). They told about children from orphanages who need adoptive parents.

It turned out that the company received money for this section from the TV channel (for the production of the program on outsourcing), from the state (for the production of "video passports") and from sponsors (for example, from one of the well-known manufacturers of ceramic tiles).

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 49.5 percent of Dom LLC is owned by Kizyakov and his longtime business partner Alexander Mitroshenkov, and another 1% by the head of the company, Nina Podkolzina.

At the end of last year, the companies owned by the creators of the “So far, everyone is at home” program received funding from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and at the same time from regional authorities in the amount of about 110 million rubles to create videos about orphans. "Vedomosti".

According to procurement documents studied by the newspaper, the production of one such "video passport" costs 100,000 rubles.

The representative of Channel One, Larisa Krymova, then noted that they were not aware that the company producing the program was filming “video passports” with money received from the state.

According to the publication, Channel One paid about one and a half million rubles for one episode of the program “So far, everyone is at home”. The heading “You will have a child” also had a separate sponsor - the same tile manufacturer, and the creators of the program also received part of this money.

Timur Kizyakov is a well-known TV presenter and scriptwriter. The most famous project of the TV presenter - “So far, everyone is at home” - is known and loved in all corners of the country and even abroad.

Timur was born in the Moscow region, in the city of Reutov, which is located just a few kilometers from the capital. Timur's nationality raises questions from the press, journalists call Kizyakov a Tatar, but the press has not received official confirmation of this assumption. The family of the future TV presenter gravitated toward technical specialties: my mother worked as an engineer, and my father served shoulder to shoulder with military equipment all his life and retired with the rank of colonel.

Timur himself did not think of anything other than a military career. Kizyakov from childhood was engaged in his own physical education, and after high school he applied to the Yegorievsk Aviation School at DOSAAF and in 1986 left there with the education of a pilot of the MI-2 helicopter.

But Timur did not want to stay in the service, so the young man went to get a higher education in a civilian university, but also a technical one. Kizyakov's choice fell on the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. However, in fact, even as a freshman, Timur began working on television and by the time he received his diploma he already had tangible success with the audience.

Journalism

However, Timur Kizyakov got on television by accident. A friend of the future TV presenter, who studied at VGIK, told Kizyakov that there was a competition for the script of a new children's program and everyone could participate. The guy decided that he had nothing to lose, and proposed his own idea to the leaders of the Early Morning project. And it was this idea that turned out to be winning and began Kizyakov's creative biography on television.

Thus, Kizyakov began working in the Main Edition of Broadcasting for Children in 1988, both as a co-author and as a host of the Early Morning program, which became the successor to the popular Soviet Sunday children's show Alarm Clock.

"While everyone is at home"

Later, with the collapse of the Soviet Union, this editorial office was transformed into an independent TV company "Class", and Timur Kizyakov proposed a new idea - a morning entertainment program for the whole family, whose guests were supposed to be famous and respected people. The new show was called "So far, everyone is at home", and the first to whom TV presenter Timur Kizyakov went to visit was the legendary actor and his large family.

In addition to simple gatherings and communication, Kizyakov came up with the idea to diversify his own program with various permanent headings. For almost 25 years, many of them have changed, but the most popular remained "My Beast", "Crazy Hands" and "You will have a child."

During his career, Timur Borisovich was many times a nominee and laureate for the title of the best TV presenter of the year according to the organizers of the professional awards "Golden Ostap", "TEFI", "Person of the Year".

Personal life

Timur met his only wife, Elena, in 1997 at Ostankino. The girl was a professional journalist, a graduate of the specialized faculty of the Peoples' Friendship Institute. At the time of the meeting, Elena was the editor of the Vesti program.

For Timur, it was love at first sight. The TV presenter was not even stopped by the fact that the beloved was married. Kizyakov said that he was not taking someone else's wife away, but was taking his own wife. Soon Elena divorced her first husband and married a TV presenter. Today, Timur and Elena not only live together, but also work in the already actually family project "So far, everyone is at home." Elena Kizyakova leads the column “You will have a child” there.

It must also be said that Timur has three children. Interestingly, it was decided to name the first girl in honor of her mother Elena, and the first boy in honor of her father - Timur. And only the second daughter received the name Valentine, which is the only one in the apartment.

From time to time, rumors appeared in the press that the TV presenter of the family program had divorced his wife, but the Kizyakov family remains strong today, and such rumors are not confirmed.

The TV presenter does not seek to advertise his own personal life. A page under the name of Timur Kizyakov is not registered on Instagram, and the TV presenter is also not active in other social networks.

Today Timur Kizyakov is seriously interested in political activities. Kizyakov believes that he can help the citizens of his own country, so he entered the supreme council of the United Russia party, where the TV presenter was personally invited by Olga Batalina, a representative of the general council. Timur Borisovich is going to deal with issues of children left without parental care, and will also directly cooperate with television in order to try to minimize the tongue-tiedness of modern TV presenters, as well as to positively influence the number of quality children's programs.

Timur Kizyakov now

On August 15, 2017, the press became aware that the program "So far, everyone is at home", one of the oldest programs on Channel One,. The transfer was closed due to the termination of the contract between Channel One and Dom LLC, which produces Poka Vse Dom and is 49.5% owned by TV presenter Timur Kizyakov.

Rumors about why Kizyakov was fired vary. The press spoke about the TV presenter's illness, about the conflict with the channel's management, about personal and family problems.

The newspaper "Vedomosti" names two reasons why "So far, everyone is at home" is no longer published on "First". First, the gradual drop in the rating of the program is to blame. The second reason is called by the media a scandal that began in December 2016. The Meduza project was the first to report that Timur Kizyakov receives state money for filming video profiles of orphans, which are shown in the “You will have a child” section, hosted by the wife of the TV presenter Elena Kizyakova. According to rumors, each story about orphans under the state order cost 100 thousand rubles, which amounted to 35 million rubles in three years. At the same time, the journalists noted that the TV presenter criticizes charitable foundations and organizations, as well as other producers of orphans' profiles for filming unprofessional materials.

Other media picked up the news. Immediately after a series of high-profile articles, the management of Channel One initiated an audit. As RBC later reported, the audit confirmed the fact of fraud. Also, information appeared in the media that Timur Kizyakov did not cooperate with other charitable projects of Channel One, except for his own, and did not participate in the annual trips of the channel group to hospitals and orphanages in selected cities.

The TV presenter confirmed that the program “So far, everyone is at home” will stop airing on the channel. But, according to Timur Kizyakov, this happens on the TV presenter's own initiative, and a letter on the termination of cooperation was sent to Channel One back in May. The TV presenter called the reason for leaving the new methods of leadership, with which Timur Kizyakov does not agree.

Kizyakov criticized the rumors about the scandal. The TV presenter claims that in this way the channel is trying to save face when old and popular programs break off cooperation with it. Timur Borisovich declared the media information unreliable and referred to the fact that the press does not give the names of sources, which means that they can publish fictitious rumors.

In favor of Timur Kizyakov, the fact that the TV presenter is not the first star to leave Channel One also speaks. They have already stopped working with the channel and.

Projects

  • 1988 - Early in the Morning
  • 1992 - "While everyone is at home"

On Channel One, the exodus of TV presenters who have worked there for almost decades continues.

On Tuesday, the news came that the TV company would no longer buy the program "So far, everyone is at home."

This is due to the scandal that began last year. The charitable part of Kizyakov's program - the heading "You will have a child" - critics accused of additional funding.

On Channel One, they then expressed bewilderment about this.

“We are buying the program “So far, everyone is at home” from the company “Dom” (formerly “TMK” and “So far, everyone is at home”). Since we are not involved in the creation of the project, we do not know the details of the relationship between the authors and government organizations, including financial ones. We have always considered charitable projects to be an important matter, and, of course, the section on orphans was welcomed by the channel. The information you provide is news to us. We will figure it out, ”the kp.ru website quoted the response of the TV company’s press service in December 2016.

“Happy work with children and for children in a variety of projects, films and television programs has accompanied me for a long time. "You are super! Dancing” is a unique NTV project that you want to be a part of! For many years, being the host of popular television shows of various formats, I have always tried to become a protector, support, comrade and friend for the participants. Especially for children, - quotes Oleshko site NTV.Ru. - As a child, I myself, dreaming of becoming an artist, studied in a variety of studios, circles, including dancing. And for some time he was part of the children's group of the legendary dance ensemble ZhOK. Therefore, I know firsthand how important a kind word and support is. I would like our young dancers to open up, show everything they are capable of. Each of them is great!”

The entertainment program "So far, everyone is at home" is an old-timer on domestic television. She has been on the air since November 8, 1992. The author and presenter Timur Kizyakov came to visit famous artists, musicians, athletes and asked about life over a cup of tea. But in the new season, the program will not be on the air - Channel One decided to close it due to ethical and financial problems.

ON THIS TOPIC

The scandal erupted because of the heading "You will have a child", which has been published since 2006. Timur Kizyakov's wife Elena talked about children from Russian orphanages, promoted foster and foster families and helped with adoption.

According to the State Procurement website, in 2011, companies owned by the creators of the program "So far, everyone is at home" received a lot of money at tenders from the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as regional authorities to create videos about orphans. The amount is really huge - 110 million rubles. They spent them, according to the Vedomosti newspaper, on the creation of so-called video passports about orphans: 100 thousand for each.

At the same time, Channel One, on commercial terms, bought a license from the manufacturer for the entire program, including the heading "You will have a child." The channel was not aware that videos about orphans were produced at the expense of the state, the leadership of the First assures.

Everything was revealed at a meeting at the Ministry of Education and Science. According to TASS and the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper, Yevgeny Silyanov, a department official, said that Kizyakov receives money from the budget to create videos about orphans and is suing other charitable foundations if they try to use the term "video passport".

As a result, Channel One terminated the contract with the manufacturing company "So far, everyone is at home." “We closed it because of a damaged reputation, they barely made it to the end of the season, but since April we have been preparing a new program,” sources on the First told the site.

Timur Kizyakov, host of “So far, everyone is at home,” told RBC that he was not aware of the termination of the contract: “I don’t have such information - I’m away.” Alexander Mitroshenkov, co-owner of the Dom company, noted that he could not comment on anything, since he "had no information."

The first channel decided to close the program "So far, everyone is at home" after the scandal with "video passports". According to media reports, the channel's management found it unacceptable that the companies of host Timur Kizyakov received exclusive rights and funding to produce charity videos about orphans. Kizyakov himself does not consider these claims justified.

The fact that Channel One terminated the contract with the company that produced the program "So far, everyone is at home" was reported by RBC on August 15, citing sources on the channel. The creator and host of the program, Timur Kizyakov, confirmed to the BBC Russian Service that the program would no longer air on Channel One.

The producer of the transmission was the Dom company, 49% owned by Kizyakov himself.

The decision to terminate the contract between the TV channel and the production company was made back in May, Kizyakov says. At the end of May, "Dom" notified the management of Channel One that "the methods of the channel's management" were unacceptable, the host claims.

“I don’t want to stir up this topic, but, for example, when a company writes to a channel on production issues, and the channel does not respond to letters at all, how should I deal with this? How should I deal with the fact that the channel delays funding? And delays happened all the time ", - said the TV presenter.

Scandal with "video passports"

However, according to RBC sources, the reason for the closure of the program on Channel One is the scandal that erupted in the fall of 2016 with the "video passports" of orphans.

Commercial companies linked to Kizyakov received more than 100 million rubles ($1.6 million) from the state to produce videos about orphans, Vedomosti calculated.

These videos were shown in the section "You will have a child", which was hosted by Elena Kizyakova's wife as part of "So far, everyone is at home." At the end of the video, viewers were shown a phone number where they could get advice about adopting a child.

The indignation of the leaders of charitable organizations and the media was caused by the fact that Kizyakov's companies became the owners of the exclusive right to produce such videos and receive subsidies from the state for them.

Kizyakov registered the video passport trademark, and only they could receive tenders from the Ministry of Education for the creation of such products. The creation of one video cost 100 thousand rubles (1.7 thousand dollars), the Ministry of Education said.

In addition, as a representative of the Ministry of Education and Science told at one of the meetings (TASS correspondent Tatyana Vinogradova cited his words on her Facebook), Kizyakov sued other charitable organizations that also tried to create similar projects.

According to RBC, on Channel One they found out that the Dom company received money for the column from the TV channel, from the state and from sponsors. The management of the TV channel considered that this spoils the reputation of the TV channel.

"Bone in the Throat"

Kizyakov does not consider the claims justified. According to him, “So far, everyone is at home” is a “bone in the throat” for competitors who also shoot videos about orphans. However, he did not specify what kind of programs in question.

"As long as we exist, we have and with whom to compare. Look carefully at these programs through the eyes of a potential adoptive parent - what information will give you a reason to go to your child across the country?" Kizyakov says.

He stressed that thanks to the heading "You will have a child" in "While everyone is at home" 2.5 thousand children from orphanages left for families. "And when 20-30 thousand videos are filmed, and five children are arranged, the efficiency is zero," he believes, calling the competitors' content "props" and "visibility."

Kizyakov said that all funding for the production of video passports came from government agencies - the Ministry of Education and Science or regional authorities.

"In order for a child to be seen, a certain amount of information is needed, a certain amount of professional work," he explained.

At the same time, Kizyakov claims that the sponsor of the rubric - the manufacturer of the tiles - had nothing to do with the videos, and the sponsor's gift goes to the children's institution where the child hero of the rubric lives. Kizyakov included the expenses for the trip of journalists to the orphanage in the estimate for the production of the program - it was assumed that Channel One would pay for this.

“I wonder how the channel will comment that the presenters are leaving one by one. We will not make excuses, but will continue to do what we were doing. The program may die, but it cannot die,” Kizyakov said. He added that he is considering the possibility of signing a contract with another TV channel and continue to show "So far, everyone is at home."

The press service of Channel One did not comment on the BBC information about Kizyakov's departure.

"So far, everyone is at home" has been broadcast on Channel One since 1992 on Sundays. The TV presenter came to visit celebrities and talked with their families.

According to the TV meter Mediascope (former TNS), the program "So far, everyone is at home" has recently been in the second half of the rating "100 most popular programs among Russians over the age of 4 years." The rating of issues of "So far, everyone is at home" in the spring did not exceed 3%.
