Secondly, we "caught" it, because the popularity of trips to nature and hunting in the Czech Republic has been functioning for a long time, it has its own tradition. Before we started own production, we have been shopping all over the world, mainly in Germany and small manufacturers.

Initially, we only had twelve people in the production area. When she started working, we added another range, clothes for safety components. It used to be a security service, and today we mainly produce uniforms and clothes for the city police. These garments also include colorful and reflective elements.

From smocks and paramilitary clothing, we started to look for the best type - for example, clothes that can be pulled out of the forest. We slowly expanded, and at the time when we had the most people, we were 140. What are your premises - production, stores and warehouses?

Our product range is divided by half. About five years ago we started building our stores where most of clothing was transferred to nature. For clothes in the forest, there is a certain tradition of how to look. Desirable green color and, if desired, a combination of natural colors. Or do customers already want something new in this regard? But if a new combination of both colors and material types is created, it looks different.

Hunters have specific requirements regarding how their clothing should look like for summer as for winter. Milan Janicek: especially for the feedback of our customers. Sometimes these are lessons that a person did not come from the table. While it is true that people sometimes think of variations that are unrealistic or expensive to produce. Therefore, we are trying to compromise between requirements and options. This applies, for example, to various special heat-insulating plates. At present, thanks to new technology, you can make the perfect piece of clothing, but inserts made by specialized companies need to be replicated.

So a customer who is interested in such a garment or design will end up saying that they don't even want the product for that price. And what customers require, we find it best in our outlets where they go shopping. We can also customize clothes for clients according to specific requirements.

For example, a new single template for state organization, private client, joint-stock company or foreign client. Do you have know-how to show off? What are you doing as one of the few or even the only domestic company?

The membrane itself is a light, very thin non-woven material - a "film" coated on one side and a protective layer on the other. In laminate, the “film” membrane is directly applied to the layer of fabric, our membrane is sewn into the entire jacket, not just parts such as the shoulder, sleeves.

It's actually a second-hand stitched jacket. All seams on the cross-linked membrane are also sealed with a special hot melt. Drops have no way to penetrate anywhere, or seams. We can offer jackets with or without diaphragm as well as trousers. Actually, the hunters taught us how to use the membrane.

The hunters themselves have discovered that it is interesting and that it works. Although it took us a while to break the price barrier. Aperture is still worth it and the clothes are processed as well. We had to explain the function of the membrane to justify the price. Especially in our country, where hunters are very conservative and don't like to wear news, it was a definite effort. Hunters are willing to buy the same jacket ten years in a row if they are happy with it. It can be said that when we offered it in the same section with the diaphragm, we were incredulous.

It took several years before we broke through. Similarly, we have taught our clients how to layer clothing, how to launch functional underwear. Today it is written everywhere, but mostly in connection with sportswear. But many years ago, when we started, there were no big sporting goods stores, nobody advertised, and people didn't know the principles.

We ourselves even went silent before we started making clothes with a diaphragm. When foreign customers came to us, they always asked: Can you make a membrane? That's why we just started learning. The technology and membrane production in most jackets has been around for about eight years. It became the standard and people learned to wear such clothes.

How much do you have in the buffer now? Milan Jenicek: We have twenty to thirty standard jackets and are able to deliver them immediately. The same applies to the number of types of pants and a large number shirts. We can offer these items in bulk. Of course, we also do small order orders that we only deliver to our stores, or we make clothes for special customers. The editing documentation remains from them, so if the customer returns after three years, we will produce the same item again.

Even the materials keep the same colors, we can always go back to them. We are not big company with 40 people. We can make even small series. In order to pay at least a little and the cost was at the same price, a minimum quantity of 20 to 30 pieces starts. If one type of jacket will spend a month due to great job, others are selling and we will not be ready for the next delivery. Therefore, we are trying to expand the warehouse of products that we have kept in a limited amount for a long time, because economically it is not very good.
