About the public movement "Novorossiya"
On October 30, 2014, in the capital of our Motherland, Moscow, the constituent congress of the social movement "Novorossiya", created by citizens and public associations of Russia and headed by Igor Ivanovich Strelkov, was held. I want to emphasize that the movement is not politicized and sets itself mainly humanitarian and social goals. The name of the organization is consonant with the main activity chosen by its founders - providing all possible assistance to the inhabitants of Novorossiya, who rebelled against the bloody Kyiv regime.
The prerequisites for the creation of such a movement arose long ago and are due, first of all, to the urgent need to systematize the collection and transfer of humanitarian aid to the cities of Novorossia. In connection with the absence of any system, unified and closed, quite certain problems arose. More or less “highlighted” on social networks, militia units and healthcare facilities received humanitarian aid with enviable regularity, sometimes even in quantities exceeding their need, and those who were unable to post their requests on the Internet were left without any supply. Another important reason is the huge number of scammers who, hiding behind good motives and the names of decent people, collect money and humanitarian supplies all over Russia, which are not used for humanitarian purposes at all. It hurts painfully when what is collected by good people, bought with the last money, is then sold or even thrown into a landfill.
The primary tasks of the participants in the Novorossiya movement are to create a unified, transparent and efficient system for the collection and distribution of humanitarian aid, to provide assistance to refugees, and to support the wounded who are being treated in Russian clinics. Already today, work is underway to unite those humanitarians, ordinary citizens and organizations that, during the long months of the civil war, have proven themselves only from the best side. By pooling the resources of many, we will be able to build an impeccable system that will in the near future push back the impending humanitarian catastrophe in Novorossia.
Why exactly Igor Ivanovich Strelkov? Will the former Minister of the Armed Forces of the DPR, a man of war, be able to lead a movement that sets purely peaceful goals? This question has been asked to me many times. I believe that Strelkov is exactly the figure who can not only lead the humanitarian movement, but also bring it to a qualitatively new level. A patriot of his country, a man of exceptional decency, for whom honor is not an empty phrase, will become just the guarantor who will leave no doubt that all the collected goods and funds will be delivered to their destination.

And indeed, in order to establish a monarchy, it is necessary to change the foundations of the Constitutional system. Usually they are changed in a revolutionary way. It turns out that Strelkov needs a revolution? This idea can be confirmed by the presence at the conference of the coordinator of the "National Liberation Movement", a fighter for, calling for the fight against the "occupation" power, deputy revolutionary Yevgeny Fedorov. In this aspect, I would like to talk about the ideologists of the NOD. So, for example, in the structure of the Central School of the NOD, there is the head of the visual agitation and propaganda department - Andrey Vladimirovich Kinsbursky.

In his works he openly attacks Orthodoxy, expresses anti-Christian, neo-pagan ideas, and distorts the history of Russia.

And Andrey concludes as follows: "the future belongs to Russian civilization, to the revived Orthodox Slavic Vedism, to the new Aryan paradigm and Russian science."
What to say? Long live the Russian Ahnenerbe, which is promoted by the Izborsk Club. And here it must be added that Strelkov himself was published back in the 90s in the Zavtra newspaper, the editor-in-chief of which is the leader of the Izborsk residents, Alexander Prokhanov. The conductor of the conference is Vladimir Khomyakov, also from this team, he is one of the experts of the Russian doctrine, which is promoted by the Izborsk Club, we have already written about the anti-Christian essence of the document. 
And if Khomyakov is only one of the experts, then the conference was attended (1:25:40) and its author. This is another member of the Izborsk Club, blogger Maxim Kalashnikov (Vladimir Kucherenko). His speech was revolutionary in content: he proposed to issue a civil ultimatum to the Kremlin and create the National Guard headed by Strelkov, create a Government of People's Trust. 
Maxim himself is a rather straightforward comrade and does not hide the fact that he is a fascist. 
Also, from his previous publications, statements about the need for advanced innovative development of Russia, the transition to a new historical era "Neuromir" (Neyrosots) follow.
Let us recall the recent PR of the Neuromir resource by Mr. Strelkov. When Politring with Starikov was held under the color of the Right Sector banners. 
But let's get back to the conference, where Vika Tsyganova's husband, Vadim Tsyganov, also spoke (46:50). He said that there is some sacred knowledge about the clash that is taking place (in Ukraine - author's note), and that based on this knowledge we will win. What is this sacred knowledge? Is it the rhetoric of Alexander Prokhanov?
Here it is appropriate to recall some of the events at which we saw Alexander Prokhanov and other neo-fascists among the lecturers, and for some reason Vadim Tsyganov among them. 
Further (47:43), Vadim said that the Russians "see the divine seal" and called for breaking the blockade of all central channels (Fyodorov's rhetoric) in March at a rally-concert near the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.
Moreover, despite the fact that most of the speakers share anti-Christian ideas, including Strelkov himself, Girkin nevertheless emphasized that the activities of the organizers of the movement received a blessing from the highest hierarchs of the Russian Orthodox Church, while he did not say how and from whom.
After the completion of Kalashnikov's speech, Khomyakov wanted to give another word to the famous Eurasianist - Korovin, but the latter did not wait and left. Recall who the Eurasians are, their leader -, by the way, also a member of the Izborsk Club.
But back to the conference, at it (2:57:00) there was a question for Strelkov about the assessment of Putin's policy.
Girkin replied that the tactics of the authorities' actions are harmful to the country, leading to a deterioration of the situation in Russia. He said that the assistants (probably Surkov - author's note) make this tactical policy, and that these assistants work based on their views, without asking Putin. Then the question was asked: “What prevents these people from being replaced”? Strelkov replied that the question was not for him.
That is, the bottom line is that, according to Strelkov, the traitors around Putin are pursuing a wrecking course, but for some reason he does not change them.
At the same time, Igor Strelkov today does not say that Putin is a traitor, he acts differently - he claims that there are traitors around Putin (Surkov - ed.), and then, among the consumers of Strelkov's propaganda, a logical question should arise: “Why Putin with doesn't do anything as traitors?" and the corresponding answer options: “Putin is powerless” (Fyodorov’s rhetoric), or “Putin passed” (the rhetoric of tougher nationalists).
The fact that Vladislav Surkov is a traitor, Igor Strelkov spoke at the Politring with Nikolai Starikov. Here we recall the screams of the white ribbon workers leaving the American embassy that were heard not so long ago. They also shouted: "You are Surkov's propaganda" and called for fighting Putin.
But this is today, Igor Strelkov began to speak more gently in relation to the President. Here's what he said earlier.

On April 7, four years ago, the Donetsk People's Republic was proclaimed. On the same day, the Ukrainian “bloody pastor” Oleksandr TURCHYNOV announced the start of an “anti-terrorist operation” against the civilian population of Donbass. A group of volunteers led by Igor Strelkov advanced to help the rebels and occupied the city of Slavyansk. A war has begun that has not yet ended. The ex-commander of the DPR militia in an exclusive interview spoke about those events and expressed his opinion about the future of the region.
- Igor Vsevolodovich, what awaits the DPR and LPR in the near future?
Republics cannot stand by themselves for any length of time. There are three options. Or they will have to be attached to Russia, that is, officially taken under protection. Or the Novorossiya project will be implemented, when a completely new friendly, but independent state will emerge. There is a third option - Ukraine will win with the support of the United States.
If you were there right now, what would be the first thing you would do?
The first thing I would do as a leader would be to initiate the unification of the two republics into one. The fact that there are two of them is a big nonsense. It is also important to completely change the personnel policy. Remove people for whom nothing is sacred. And even if they were not necessarily residents of Donbass, the main thing is that they be honest and able to restore order. This cannot be done without mutual trust, as well as the direct patronage of Russia, because if the Russian Federation, God forbid, closes the border, then the DPR and LPR will cease to exist within a few days.
- What is needed so that the Novorossiya project does not completely die out?
First of all, the Kremlin's position is important. Now, in fact, there is no Novorossiya, because in 2014, under pressure from the West, it was decided to stop the offensive in the Ukrainian direction. This was the wrong move. It brought nothing but foreign policy defeat. It did nothing to save us from sanctions. In fact, we received everything in full, as if the pro-Russian forces had reached Kyiv ...
- ... or at least Mariupol.
In fact, the capture of Mariupol in itself did not give anything. The war would definitely not end. In order for the fighting to stop, you need to go at least to Dnepropetrovsk. Take control of the entire territory where the predominantly Russian population lives. Then Ukraine would not be able to fight further. Now Kyiv is waging war at the expense of these industrial and economically developed areas. In addition, soldiers are also recruited from regions where Russian is their native language.
Transnistria will be destroyed
Soon there will be a five-year anniversary of the beginning of the Kyiv Maidan. Why did the United States successfully promote their propaganda in Ukraine, but Russia did not?
The Americans controlled the use of all their means. And in our country, the money that was allocated to support the Russian movement in Ukraine was “cut up” back in Moscow. As a member of the security forces, I have witnessed schemes where most of the funds did not leave the country. And what reached the Russian asset in Ukraine was some miserable crumbs. What to talk about, if our ambassador Mikhail Zurabov led a common pharmacy business with Petro Poroshenko! He didn't care about the Russians.
- Do you think Ukrainians can still be returned to Russian identity?
Certainly. But for this you need to take control of the media. Although already today there are proposals to create special “Novorossians” instead of Russians, and journalists are spreading nonsense about “lazy Donetsk crests” to refer to the Russians of Donbass. They do not treat Ukrainians in any way and have always sought to unite with Russia, fought for it. It is terrible when people who position themselves as Russians, for example, in Moscow, deny this to the residents of Donetsk.
- You write a lot that a clash between Russia and Ukraine is inevitable in the future. Why?
This is possible on any day and hour, when the command "face" is given in Washington. Poroshenko and the entire Ukrainian government do not decide anything in this matter. Kyiv is acting under the dictation of the United States. After all, they were specially placed for confrontation with Russia. The Americans helped them create an army. And she was armed not to do nothing. It is designed to attack. Curators of Ukraine will wait until a political crisis breaks out in Russia, when it will not be possible to protect the Donbass. Or the United States will decide to speed up the process: to initiate unrest by imposing an unprofitable war on the Russian Federation. I emphasize: the war in Ukraine is not beneficial for Russia. But we are put in such a situation that either war or capitulation. But any surrender will not stop the war. Donbass will be followed by Crimea, Kuban and other territories.
- Could the Americans use the elections in Russia for this?
Of course they could. The Americans dream of organizing protests in Russia like the Maidan and destroying the country on these sentiments. But they will succeed only when part of our elite speaks openly about their hatred of the regime. There are already such people, but they do not show themselves in any way.
- Do you have presidential ambitions?
It never happened. I think that the president in a normal state should still be civil, and all my positive qualities lie in the field of extreme situations. Moreover, wars. I am always ready to fight for the interests of the Russian people and Russia! Inside the country, there are already problems in the North Caucasus. After all, as soon as the federal center stops giving money and fulfilling social obligations, the North Caucasian republics will explode. And it's not just about international relations. There will just be hunger. These regions themselves produce almost nothing and simply cannot live without handouts from Moscow. The social crisis will lead there to a war of all against all. And, of course, Kazakhstan. After the death of Nazarbayev, we may have big problems with the republic. But I would not forget Pridnestrovie yet. If the current government remains in Kyiv for some time, then in the future this de facto independent republic will be destroyed by the joint forces of Moldova and Ukraine under the leadership of the West.
The feat of "Gypsy" and "North"
You fought in the Balkans. Now there is an aggravation of relations between Albanians and Serbs. Will the conflict start again?
Right now - no. The European Union is not interested in a sharp aggravation of the situation. The Europeans want Serbia itself to agree to the loss of part of its territory and join the EU. In the future, in 5 - 10 years, a conflict there is inevitable, since Islamization and Albanianization are underway. Including because Muslims have a higher birth rate and this will again lead to a brutal war with the Serbs and Macedonians. There is an active process of population replacement throughout Europe. There will be more and more Muslim migrants every year. As a result, after some time there will be wars throughout the European continent. It's just a matter of time.
- Have our volunteers in Bosnia, Transnistria, Donbas remained real Russian soldiers?
Yes, these are the best representatives of our people, but they are always few. I will use your interview to say: there were hundreds of thousands of volunteers during the Great Patriotic War, and several thousand in the Donbass. And do you know why? In 1941, it was an honor to be them. The one who volunteered understood that he would be called anyway, plus he was provided with full state support, at least food. And, for example, in the Donbass people went into the unknown, practically into a partisan detachment, which could not pay them at least some pennies and could not guarantee anything at all, even a funeral.
- What heroic deed of our guys struck you personally?
In the Donbass, two armor-piercers with one anti-tank rifle engaged in a duel with a Ukrainian tank. It was June 3, 2014 on the outskirts of Semyonovka. They even theoretically could not knock him out. But they entered the battle, died the death of the brave, but put the tank out of action, damaging the optical observation devices. These two fighters, their call signs "Gypsy" and "North", showed real heroism and did not miss the enemy. After all, they could have run, abandoned their position, but they did not. Real Russian heroes! They knew very well that they would not be able to knock out a tank and stay alive.

- What was the most terrible moment in the war?
War is always scary. But the most disturbing thing for me in the Donbass was the feeling that in one moment everything would collapse, and I would not be able to complete the task that I had to take on. That Donetsk will be taken. Such a threat was in June-July 2014, when we were without any support. The fact that we survived is a real miracle! Although the incompetence of our opponent helped in this. I was not so much afraid to die myself as to see the death of our cause and the people who fought with us, stood under the Russian banner.
- What do you consider the main mistake in those difficult days?
Many mistakes were made. Many wrong decisions were caused by the fact that I did not have information about what everyone in Moscow thought about this. It all became clear only much later. Then everything was so unobvious and unsteady ... But in general, in April-August 2014, I made much more correct and adequate decisions. And leaving Slavyansk is not a mistake. If we talk about specific mistakes, then one of them can be called the evacuation from Gorlovka. As well as relinquishing command. If I had kept him for at least 2-3 weeks, it would hardly have been possible longer, then now, it is quite likely that Mariupol, Slavyansk and Kramatorsk would be part of the DPR. Although, I hope you understand that I did not leave voluntarily, but under very severe pressure.
- But the current leaders of the republics of Donbass also make mistakes ...
All ideological people were removed from power there. I have a feeling that such leaders were specially selected who will carry out any instruction, up to treason. After all, to put it bluntly, the leadership of the republics committed an act of treason against their own people. You can forgive them anything if they did not sign the Minsk agreements. After all, they signed them as "heads of certain regions of Ukraine." That is, people who were empowered signed the document that liquidated these republics. The person who did this is a traitor.
- Do you want to go back there?
When the course was officially taken to return the republics of Donbass to Ukraine, I could not accept this. And the person who has always advocated the creation of Novorossiya is becoming uncomfortable. If it is popular among the population and listened to, it is doubly inconvenient. But the situation will change after a while. Now there is an understanding that the war, most likely, cannot be avoided and the surrender of Donbass will not work. Therefore, there is hope that at some stage I will still be able to stand up for the Russian people of Novorossia.
