Biography of Elena Malysheva: doctor or TV presenter. How the medical community treats Elena Malysheva

- You have an absolutely amazing family abode ... It can be seen how much effort, time, and money have been invested in it ...

Our apartment is a vivid example of how you can create something amazing out of nothing with the help of a good idea. Previously, there was a technical attic floor. My mother, when she saw all this, said that Igor and I had gone crazy, because it was impossible to live in such a place. There were continuous pipes here ... For a whole year my husband was engaged in repairs, and then he left for America. I moved here alone. But now we are all together again. I always tell my family: the only member of the family who does not have his own corner is me. The husband has an office, the sons have a room. And I only have a kitchen. But not so long ago, I was given personal space. My husband set up a table for me in the dressing room. (Laughs) So now I have an office. Only in the locker room!

- You are from Kemerovo. How did you solve the housing problem in Moscow?

We moved into our first apartment in 1994. Before that, we lived in a hostel for many years and were absolutely happy. They gave birth to children, defended their dissertations, loved each other. When I hear: “We don’t want to have a child - there are no living conditions,” I think: the point should be put after the words “we don’t want to have a child.” And the living conditions here have nothing to do with it.

Leskov in his story “Peacock” wrote: “Hardly in anything else human frivolity often peeps out to such a terrifying extent as in the arrangement of marital unions” ...

Unfortunate are those people who change one family after another. Very rarely the next family is better than the previous one. There is such a pathological condition: intimophobia. This is when a man has a million mistresses, but there was no loved one, and no. Usually such people themselves are afraid of close relationships. Because intimacy is, in fact, responsibility for each other. If the proximity is formal - today Tanya, and tomorrow Manya, then you are lonely, and not Tanya and Manya. I feel sorry for the people who have gone through life and they have no one to return to. There is no shore where you will be accepted by anyone. For me, this coast is my family and the family of my parents, in which I grew up. And I was absolutely happy when one day our children came from English classes: “Do you know, parents, that we have an ideal family?” We ask: "Why?" - “And today we translated the text. It says: the ideal British family is a mother, father, two children, a dog and a housekeeper.

- There are three men in your family. What is the only woman in this union?

When there are only men in the family, a woman must be in the ranks all the time, since she is responsible for everything. I realized a long time ago: you should not demand order from men in the house. I will have to solve this problem. Moreover, it must be solved in such a way as to remain a close person for those whom I love. It is sad when, when a woman comes home, she cannot pay attention to her husband and children, but instead must cook, wash, and mop the floors. If possible, I wish all women to have at least a dishwasher. I had a culture shock when my husband gave me this assistant. I suddenly realized that I always have clean hands with fresh manicure and no peeling nail polish. Thank God, now we also have a keeper of the hearth - the language does not dare to call her a housekeeper! An amazing, dear woman to us, a member of the family - Nadezhda Semyonovna. She loves, accepts the Malyshev family with all their troubles. Keeping a house is hard, hard work. I think it is difficult for her with us, but for us it is paradise.

- Are you a demanding mother?

I am an active mom. My children are lucky that I work hard, otherwise I would have exhausted them completely. (Laughs) Both sons are now studying in America. One is 17, the other is 20. The eldest, Yuri, will be a doctor, the younger, Vasily, will be a lawyer. I ask them all the time: “What will you do on the weekend?” They, like soldiers, report on the phone: “First we go to the Metropolitan Museum, then there, and then there.” And if I call when they are in a clothing store, I say: “What a meanness! You are men!

- Do they really need to buy something?

They don't need anything, they have everything! In our family, it’s not customary to just wander around idly. I educate them - while they listen to me. Health is not worth a lot of money!

- As far as I know, your husband for a long time worked in the USA. And now?

My husband, the great Russian scientist Igor Malyshev, is now working in Russia. It must be admitted that our state has begun to take the first steps to support science. Igor received a big grant. Husband's home office is his world. He writes endlessly. It is a great happiness, luck in my life to meet such an intelligent and decent person. I don't understand when a woman demands that her husband hammer in nails and tile the toilet. I think this is stupidity. My husband is a great scientist, and if there is anything left in history from our family, it is what he did. I never told Igor: nail the shelf, fix the faucet. Although he is a man with beautiful hands.

The television world in which Elena Malysheva rotates is very different from the scientific one. How does your husband feel about your publicity?

When we go to parties together, my husband immediately gets tired to the point of insensibility from the noise and din that reigns there. And after 5 minutes he says to me: “Do you mind if I leave? Do you want me to wait for you in the car? I answer him then: "Go home, I'll call you to pick me up." Igor is completely far from this world ... It would be funny if he combed his hair and went to some party ahead of me. The last time we were at the presentation of Valeria's new disc - we love this singer and her family very much.

Do you have obligations to the TV channel regarding experiments with your appearance? Once you arranged a vote among the audience: take off or leave Malysheva's glasses?

I have no written commitments to anyone. Once I came to Oleg Volnov, Konstantin Ernst's deputy, rebellious, sexy, without glasses. He told me: “Very well, Elena Vasilievna. But you can't broadcast like that." I think he's right. The audience is very accustomed to the image of the presenter. Therefore, I do not experiment with hair color. I do not feel like a blonde in the sense in which they say. Because smart, already takes passion! (Laughs.) By the way, there are only 4% of real blondes in the world.

- How can a low-income family maintain health?

It is complete madness to think that maintaining health requires some kind of material investment. There are 5 risk factors. Smoking. Gotta quit smoking! Obesity - comrades, eat less! Hypertension - with the loss of each kilogram of weight, the pressure drops by 1-2 mm Hg. Hypodynamia - 40 minutes of vigorous walking at a frequency of 120 steps per minute prolong life. Hypercholesterolemia. High cholesterol is acquired in obese people - see point 2: eat less. It happens to be hereditary. Then only medical treatment will help. If you follow all these rules, you will save a lot of money on cigarettes, food and medicines.

You have a poster on your refrigerator: "I will lose my self-respect if I open the refrigerator." Tell women: how to get a wasp waist?

In our program, we are already tired of talking about obesity ... But this is such a popular topic ... Our society lives in a world of food. This is an entire industry that has a huge number of tricks on how to get us to buy and eat. A lot of overweight people eat sausages, sausages, thinking that they are eating protein. This has nothing to do with meat at all. There is bone meal, fat, dyes and flavorings that give appetizing smells. The older you get, the less carbs you need to eat. I used to always eat oatmeal in the morning - a wonderful thing, especially if it is uncooked. But lately I've been making vegetable salad for breakfast. I do not add any vegetable oil, or mayonnaise, or sour cream. Only kefir 0% fat. Awesome gas station!

She taught students, treated the sick, but the thought of TV did not give rest. Still, she had already plunged into this world, so she went to the television center.

Elena Malysheva on the set of the program "Did you call the doctor?"

I found my Kemerovo fellow directors, to whom I proposed my concept of a medical program. Leading programs: biography of Elena Malysheva and her colleagues

Regular viewers of Channel One have long been familiar with this charming lady from the Health program. Elena Malysheva is a general practitioner, the owner of many awards for many years of service on guard of health care. Elena combines work on television with service at the Russian Medical University. It was Malysheva who initiated the annual "Vocation" award for merits in the field of medicine.

The host of health programs was born in the city of Kemerovo, where she graduated with honors from school and a medical institute. Already in 1992, Elena began to produce her first medical programs on Kemerovo television. Malysheva decided to continue her further education and career in Moscow, but she still had to return to her hometown for various family reasons. Elena gained fame in 1997, when the first issue of the Health program was released. Today, the presenter is the author of many projects, her contribution to the development of television and radio broadcasting and healthcare does not go unnoticed - Malysheva regularly receives state awards. Elena and her husband managed to raise two sons, not so long ago they had their first grandson.

Andrew Prodeus

Elena Malysheva invited her old friend, Andrei Petrovich Prodeus, to the host of the “It's healthy to live” program. A well-known pediatrician, immunologist and allergist, Andrei Petrovich once acted as a reviewer for Malysheva when she defended her doctoral dissertation.

Andrey Prodeus dreamed of medicine since childhood, his own father, who works as a pediatric surgeon, served as an example for him. Prodeus himself wanted to help children, and his dream came true. Today he is the head of the Department of Optional Pediatrics at the Pirogov Medical University, and also the head of the Allergology Center. Andrei Petrovich is married and has two sons. The elder did not follow in his father's footsteps and became an economist, but the younger one has not yet decided on a profession.

At that moment, when Elena Matysheva called her colleague to the program, Andrey Prodeus did not really follow his own health. His weight at the time of the start of filming exceeded 100 kg. But the hosts of the Healthy Living program should set an example of the right lifestyle and their appearance, so the doctor had to urgently lose 20 kg.

German Gandelman

German Shaevich once studied with Elena Malysheva in Kemerovo, so he got into the hosts of the “It's healthy to live” program, so to speak, “by acquaintance”. Gandelman never dreamed of becoming a doctor, he was attracted by a completely different specialty. But he was late for the entrance exams of the Institute of Physics and Technology because of volleyball competitions. So the world got a brilliant cardiologist. Today German Shayevich works in a clinic in Israel, he has hundreds of heart surgeries and many saved lives.

Dmitry Shubin

Dmitry Shubin is a practicing manuologist and neurologist. He was also educated at the Kemerovo Medical Institute. But Elena Malysheva called him to the hosts of the Healthy Living program after she got into the Federal Center for Manual Therapy. There she turned out to be a patient of Shubin, with whom she had previously been unfamiliar. The doctors became friends, and since then they have been one team. Shubin still works at the manual therapy center today, often seeing about 40 patients a day.

  • Colleagues of Malysheva in the first issues led the column "About Love", where they often argued about the superiority of one sex over the other.
  • In one of the episodes of the Yeralash TV magazine, Elena Malysheva asks the hero of the series to turn off the iron, directly from the filming of the Live Healthy program.
  • Each of the presenters at the end of the next issue utters a short but sensible remark about health.
  • The manner of communication and appearance of Elena Malysheva and her colleagues often become the object of parodies and caricatures.
  • At least 9 people from the studio, thanks to the program, receive professional examination and treatment under the guidance of high-class specialists.
  • In their recommendations, the presenters always focus on categories of citizens of any age, gender and wealth.

So, we found out who runs the program "Live Healthy". Being professionals in their field, these people can really judge how to live healthy and be healthy.

Elena Malysheva is a Russian doctor, doctor of medical sciences, and professor. For twenty years now, this woman has not only been working in Russian medicine, but also on television - she has been broadcasting TV shows about health and how to maintain it. Elena Vasilievna, in an accessible form and with the help of various props, sometimes completely inapplicable in medicine, successfully explains to millions of viewers how to avoid certain diseases. Her manner of presenting information is often changed, she herself is not averse to joking, therefore she is often a guest of humorous programs, and has repeatedly appeared on stage in KVN. The cheerful presenter is not only an excellent specialist, therapist, and cardiologist, but also a famous media personality, and there are thousands of memes from her program on the Internet.

Height, weight, age. How old is Elena Malysheva

Despite the fact that the smart blonde is often criticized by public and scientific organizations for her bluntness and rather frank conversations on television, her fans love her very much. The presenter believes that in Soviet times there was no sexual education as such, so Soviet citizens were illiterate in terms of intersexual relations.

Today, as part of her program, she talks about erections, tells all the pros and cons of various types of contraception, and understands many other topics that relate to our lives. “It’s not a shame to talk about natural things,” Malysheva believes, but she still often hears reproaches against her about corrupting the younger generation with such issues. True, the viewers still have the last word, and Elena's program on Channel One is insanely popular and has high ratings, so it seems that enemies just have to speak out. The doctor of science tells not only how to keep healthy, but also how to be always young and beautiful. Well, for viewers there is an absolutely concise answer to the question of whether the schemes of the youth of the presenter work, and this is herself. The audience is interested in everything related to the doctor, her height, weight, age, how old is Elena Malysheva. At 57, the presenter looks just fine, she keeps her figure, goes in for sports, and there are practically no wrinkles on her face. Plastic surgery or the action of a healthy lifestyle is a mystery to viewers, but there is no need to deny that the presenter is perfectly preserved!

Biography of Elena Malysheva

The biography of Elena Malysheva began in 1961 in the city of Kemerovo. The girl studied very diligently at school and, looking at her photo, you immediately understand that Lena was an excellent student. An ideal school uniform with a white apron, two pigtails and glasses in a black thin frame - this is such a complete image of an ideal Soviet student. The girl most of all loved exact disciplines, had a passion for chemistry and biology, studied for one “five” and graduated from school with a gold medal. After receiving secondary education, Elena without hesitation entered the medical institute in Kemerovo, where she studied for six years at the medical faculty. Even growing up and adolescence did not affect the girl in any way, she so badly wanted to become a doctor and help people that she graduated from the institute with honors. But for Elena, this was not enough. She wanted not only to heal, but also possibly to teach in time, so she went on to graduate school, wrote a dissertation in cardiology, and today she is the author of many scientific articles.

After receiving her education, Elena worked for a short time in a local hospital, and then appeared on television for the first time. In 1992, the program "Recipe" was broadcast on the Kemerovo channel, hosted by Malysheva. And a year later, the young TV presenter combined several television studios and programs. In 1994, the doctor decided to try herself not only as a TV show face, but also as an author. She wrote texts for the medical daily program "Did you call the doctor?".

In parallel with her work on the television screen, Malysheva also tirelessly received her education. She took the course of the European Health Center, as she did not want to stop only at the production of television programs, but also to improve in her core profession. Soon the ambitious Elena moved to Moscow, where she got a job at the Pirogov Research Medical Institute.

In 1997, she became the host of the Health program, which is still on screens to this day, and for more than 20 years she has been its co-author, leader and host. Malysheva has also been hosting the TV show “Live Healthy” since 2010.

Despite the fact that Elena Vasilievna is already quite successful in media circles, she does not abandon her profession, which helped her achieve success. One could, of course, just voice what others write in the studio, and work as a TV presenter, so to speak, “full-time”, but Elena believes that it is never too late to learn and in 2007 she defended her next thesis on human cells.

Personal life of Elena Malysheva

Although the personal life of Elena Malysheva is not a secret, covered in darkness, the audience still does not know much about her. If you look at the life of a TV presenter through the years, it becomes clear that she simply did not have time for novels, intrigues and love, a woman always received an education, studied, worked or wrote articles. In addition, you must admit, it is rather difficult to choose a spouse for yourself when you live not with a warm heart, but with a cold head.

As the presenter herself says, understanding of male nature helped her get married. She often says that men are more cold-blooded and thinking, therefore women occupy leadership positions, go into politics or pursue a career most often after 40, and before that they are engaged in raising children and housekeeping. Be that as it may, Elena did not want to, so she carefully approached the choice of her husband. And you won't get far with that attitude.

Love unexpectedly overtook the girl at the Institute of the Medical and Dental Institute in Moscow, where she worked. Her colleague, rather harsh and not at all romantic, at first seemed to her a very distant person, not at all capable of feelings, but soon the guy proved to her that this was not so.

We can say that Elena has been married all her life. When she talks about her husband, it becomes clear that they are completely different, because today Malysheva is primarily a showwoman, and Igor is a university professor, scientist and doctor of science. Although, as the presenter herself says, it is precisely thanks to her constant self-education that behind the closed door she and her husband always have something to talk about. A few years ago, Elena and her husband celebrated a silver wedding for 25 years.

Family of Elena Malysheva

The girl never had problems choosing a future profession, since she was born in a family of doctors. It very often happens that it is in the medical environment that children repeat the profession of their parents and, looking at the Shabunin family (this is the leading maiden name), we can say that this is true. Elena Malysheva's family was large, she has a brother and a sister, and there were three children in all. Father, Vasily Iosifovich and mother, Galina Alexandrovna, have always been very strict with children. Lena, her brother and sister have always had many responsibilities, the main of which was a good study. Parents motivated their children to study only for good grades in order to succeed in the future, and although they were very strict, today Lena is very grateful to them. The presenter, after becoming a mother, transferred the manner of raising her parents to her sons. She believes that the main tasks of parents are to teach children to set high goals, teach them to learn on their own and allocate time for rest and work, and know the value of money.

After marriage, the young family thought about having a child. Elena was very busy with work, she was constantly on the road, worked on television, broadcast on the radio, taught and had already become the author of the program, so she was afraid to take the first step, put all her plans in a box and just become a mother. And at the same time, the woman understood that time was running out, there would always be work, and while she was young, she still wanted to have a baby. In addition, having grown up in a large family, Lena understood that she and her husband wanted at least two children, so if she wants to give birth before 30, then she should try already. Of course, young parents wanted everything to be as per protocol: a boy and a girl. But fate decreed otherwise, and two little boys were born in the family of doctors.

At the age of 27, the presenter became a mother for the first time. The first son, Yura, was named after her husband's father. Young parents really wanted to please their grandfather, so they chose this name. A few years later, the second son of the couple, Vasily, was born, who, according to good tradition, was already named after Lena's father, Vasily Shabunin, the man who raised her. Today, the children of Elena Malysheva are already adults and independent people, and in 2015 the presenter became a grandmother for the first time, her eldest son had a son.

Like her own parents, Elena Vasilievna is a very strict mother. The first child was born in 1988 and Lena immediately decided that she would stick to her parents' parenting models, thanks to which, as it seems to her, she was able to raise real men. Yura followed in the footsteps of his parents, also received a medical education, and then, following his mother, he was able to apply it on television. The man works as a creative producer on the program “Life is great”, and it is he who generates ideas for how to present this or that material and for the props, which the audience then so often discusses. The guy has already met his love, and in 2014 the media learned the news that the eldest son of Elena Malysheva, Yuri, was getting married. The wedding of a young couple took place in Moscow, and then the newlyweds flew to America for their honeymoon.

The son of Elena Malysheva - Vasily

In 1990, the second heir was born in the family, the son of Elena Malysheva, Vasily. Parents believed that everything that parents can give their children in terms of education, they must give without fail, so both sons of the Malyshevs studied in the USA. Despite the fact that the eldest son chose the profession of a doctor, Vasily expressed a desire to become a lawyer. In Moscow, he graduated from the Law Academy, and studied abroad to be a lawyer. Elena's sons are like each other, like two drops of water, and in addition, they inherited common features from both parents. Elena in her interview says that her children are radically different, but the fact that both of them are very ambitious is the merit exclusively of her and her husband.

Elena Malysheva's husband - Igor Malyshev

Since Elena always devoted a lot of time to learning, and was known as a good specialist in her field, the girl chose her husband to match. She was simply bored with representatives of other professions, and there was nothing to talk about, so the doctor became an ideal candidate. Elena Malysheva's husband, Igor Malyshev, is a very calm and balanced person, he is far from the world of art or television, and devotes almost all his time to teaching, or experiments in the laboratory. Igor is working on the topic of immune cells and has already been awarded the Presidential Prize several times for his services to domestic medicine.

Elena Malysheva's diet for weight loss at home. Menu for the week

Elena, like a real doctor, is very responsible for her health and the health of loved ones. She does not smoke and does not drink alcoholic beverages, she eats only healthy food, she says that it is necessary to get enough sleep and distribute the diet for the day by the hour. In the morning, her family always eats oatmeal, which, as she believes, removes cholesterol from the body, and for lunch there are a lot of salads, herbs and vegetables. The presenter absolutely agrees with the saying that “Tomorrow you will eat yourself, share lunch with a friend, and give dinner to the enemy”, and according to this “scheme” she tries to build her food. In addition, she does not eat a lot of meat products, but prefers fish, where there is a lot of phosphorus.

Many viewers liked Elena Malysheva's diet for weight loss at home. The host prepares the menu for the week in advance, and on weekends she buys all the necessary products, and then simply distributes them correctly. The presenter eats small portions of 200 grams, while eating four to six times a day. She takes boxes of food to work so as not to snack on harmful snacks. In addition, she drinks 2 liters of pure water daily. Elena's diet mainly consists of vegetables and fruits, all kinds of cereals, lean meats and cheeses, live natural yoghurts and fish. The doctor limits his intake of sweets, and to maintain his figure he goes to the pool and the gym. By the way, Elena does not do morning exercises, because she does not have time in the morning, and at the same time she looks just fine!

Although the presenter says that a healthy lifestyle is a panacea for beauty and youth, she herself does not hesitate to use beauty injections, which her fans have repeatedly noticed. Last year, the network began heated discussions about the fact that the actress had an unsuccessful facelift, as her smile was noticeably stretched. Journalists compared the presenter with Natalya Andreichenko and published photos of Elena Malysheva before and after plastic surgery, where the difference was noticeable. Although Lena herself does not react to the words of commentators in any way, she explains her new face by a noticeable weight loss on her own diet.

As experts said, Elena simply went too far with beauty injections. A special gel is driven under the skin to even out wrinkles, and can sometimes cause an overly noticeable effect. Over time, the gel dissolves under the skin, so let's hope that the host's face will still return to its previous appearance.

Elena Vasilievna is an active user of social networks, often communicates with fans and viewers of her program, and also shares useful tips and often publishes weight loss recipes. In addition, on Instagram you can see funny moments from the filming of the TV show “Live Healthy”, where there are bright costumes and humorous stories by Malysheva about a particular disease or organs.

Elena's parents were talented and fairly well-known doctors and had absolutely no doubt that their daughter would follow in their footsteps. Moreover, the brother and sister continued the medical dynasty. However, Elena saw a slightly different perspective for herself.

She studied well at school and easily graduated with a gold medal, which actually opened the doors of even the most prestigious Moscow universities for her. What she did not fail to take advantage of and went straight to Moscow. Already after the first exam, she was enrolled in the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University.

However, the parents reacted very negatively to the choice of their daughter, considering journalism an extremely frivolous occupation. After less than a year, Elena nevertheless succumbed to the onslaught of her parents and left Moscow State University. The following year, she was already a student at a medical school in her native Kemerovo.

Difficult start

Elena has been used to taking everything she does seriously since childhood. Therefore, she plunged headlong into comprehending the secrets of the medical profession. As expected, the result of such conscientious training was a red diploma and confident admission to graduate school. Elena decided that if to be a doctor, then successful and famous.

Elena began her medical career in a regular district clinic as a local general practitioner. But she did not like this work too much, because it was boring and monotonous. Therefore, as soon as the opportunity arose, Elena moved to the Second Medical Institute to the Department of Internal Medicine, where she already had the opportunity to seriously engage in science.

Quite quickly after graduation, she defended her Ph.D., and soon her doctoral dissertation. However, in the early 90s, difficult times came for doctors. Scientific developments ceased to be financed. Doctors had to really survive.

By this time, Elena had already managed to get married and give birth to two sons, the youngest of whom, unfortunately, became seriously ill. And after a difficult operation, the parents were forced to move with their children to Elena's hometown of Kemerovo.

TV debut

It was there that Elena's television debut took place, and quite by accident. Returning to her hometown, Elena called one of her old acquaintances, and in a conversation with him it turned out that there was not a single original and useful program about health and medicine on local television. He invites Elena to become the author and host of such a program, to which she happily agrees.

Thus, two interesting programs were born at once: "Recipe" for healthy and healthy nutrition and "Lazaret" - an analogue of the "Health" program, which was very popular in the Soviet past. Even Elena herself was surprised at how confidently and freely she managed to keep herself in front of the camera. The casual manner of the presenter was also appreciated by the audience, especially since the programs went live immediately.

Conquest of Moscow

Having worked for only two years on a local TV channel, having gained some popularity and invaluable experience in conducting programs on medical topics, Elena decided to try to break into television in Moscow. Spouses again move to the capital with their children.

Elena starts knocking on all the doors and luck smiled at her. Just at that time, the commercial channel "RTR" was preparing for the release of the program "Did you call the doctor?", The host of which was approved by Malysheva. And soon she got lucky again. She was chosen among eight other journalists for an internship in the United States, where she received training in the technique of conducting such programs.

After Elena's return, the leaders of the ORT channel drew attention to her, who decided to revive the previously popular "Health" again. Here the skills and abilities acquired in America were very useful. She becomes the author, director and part-time leader of the new version of the program.

"Live healthy!"

Project "Live healthy!" appeared on the first channel, replacing the program "Health". It was created in a completely new format, the purpose of which was to draw people's attention to their own health and give people at least a minimum level of medical literacy.

The new program was fundamentally different from its prototype. There were practically no special medical terms in it, and all the information was presented in a simple and understandable language, accompanied by a visual demonstration. It is not surprising that the audience liked the new medical show. And Elena Malysheva became the most famous Russian doctor.

There were sometimes incidents on the programs. Some demonstrations were not very successful. One of them (about female circumcision) even became a topic for parodies in other shows, but in general, even critics responded very positively to Malysheva's work, since the program managed to interest the broad masses in medical topics and popularize a healthy lifestyle.

Family and business

Elena Malysheva got married while still studying at a medical institute. It is not surprising that her husband is also a doctor. Currently, he is one of the leading Russian microbiologists. The Malyshev family has two sons.

Sometimes she says that only next to three beloved men can you feel like a real woman. The family means a lot to Elena - this is both her quiet haven and a reliable rear.

In addition to working on television, Elena is currently successfully promoting her own method of healthy weight loss and improving the fast food system developed according to her method. This idea came from years of work on television, during which literally thousands of questions were asked on the topic of weight loss.

And so many complained that, due to constant employment, it is simply unrealistic to sit on a healthy diet and cook special dishes.

This system is a completely balanced natural food diet that can be prepared in 2 minutes by simply adding water to the contents of the sachets. After a preliminary consultation, experts select each diet for a week, taking into account the initial weight and taste preferences. The diet from Malysheva is very popular.

In addition to successful work on television, Elena Malysheva is also a good businessman. Her health earnings are about 1 billion rubles a year.

Since 2015, Elena Vasilievna has been the owner of the clinic on Krasnaya Presnya. In addition, she owns the Zdorovieinfo.ru media portal. The co-owners of the company are Elena's sons - Yuri and Vasily. And Yuriy takes an active part in the television project “Live is great!”, Being its creative producer and head of the author's group preparing scripts.

Malysheva is also actively involved in advertising activities, being the owner of two companies with multimillion-dollar annual profits. But the most profitable business of Malysheva was diet kits. Together with Shchiglik, Elena Vasilievna owns Diet of Elena Malysheva LLC, established in 2012. The company's annual profit is more than 100 million rubles.

In 2018, Malysheva continues to support the work of her favorite project, participates in the filming of television programs about health, and her plans do not include the termination of her educational activities.
