Then I lived with my now ex-husband. And there wasn't a day when he didn't remind me how fat I was. At that time I weighed 69 kg. And at the same time, he stayed with me and, whenever possible, smacked my butt.
Of course, at some point it became annoying. I began to think that maybe I was really great. But suddenly health problems began, I lost a lot of weight without any diet. I was simply horrified by the living corpse that I saw in the mirror. An unpleasant story, I don’t even want to remember.
After my husband and I separated, I regained my former form. Moreover, no one considered me fat then, and, of course, thin too. The parameters 100-70-100 suit me quite well.
However, when I got to the Dom-2 show, I was significantly different from the slender women there.
The project management saw my photos where I weighed 69 kg. They set a condition: if I lose weight to 69 kg, they will pay decent money. At first I didn’t fall for this offer, but later I agreed. Because they got it. Okay, I went on a strict diet. And exhausting daily training began, I ate little. The result was soon reflected on the face and, I admit, these were unpleasant changes. The mood was depressed, I began to turn into some kind of aggressive hysteria. Indentations have formed on the buttocks. It upset me, but I didn't stop. As a result, it got to the point that one fine day I got on my favorite treadmill, no matter what, and the next moment I woke up on the floor from severe pain in my head. It didn't hit hard! (Smiles). I got up, there was no one next to me, I went to the mirror and saw a pale, emaciated girl without a spark in her eyes. This was the limit. I finally realized: at heart I am plump and I don’t want to lose weight.
Do you have any personal secrets for getting in shape before an important meeting or a date with a man?
Rimma Pendzhieva: Of course. Pleasant positive music is an excellent way to lift your mood. A girl, if she is in no mood at all, looks faded, dull, and no amount of cosmetics will help. As for clothes, I trust my feelings and don’t chase fashion. If I feel comfortable in clothes, if they suit me, then it’s mine. In clothes I prefer minimalism, neatness, and small bright accents.
