Yarmolnik and Fomenko about the "Russian cattle" on the Latvian radio. Yarmolnik and Fomenko about Russian cattle on Latvian radio

Yarmolnik and Fomenko came to Latvia, went on the radio and talked about who lives in Russia. For example, Yarmolnik was sure that 90% of Krymnash supporters, that is, the majority of the Russian people, would not be able to find Crimea on a geographical map. And all the supporters of traditional values who criticize contemporary art will not name 3-4 paintings by Vasnetsov, Repin, Perov...

Later Yarmolnik started to apologize and told the Vzglyad newspaper - they say, "our words were distorted, I don’t know why the media representatives always present our words differently than they were said." Nikolai Fomenko completely ran away from contact with the press and said, "Sorry, I I don't talk on the phone with strangers, especially journalists."

In 2013, he received a residence permit in Latvia, the quote “I will tell you a secret, I am almost a citizen of Latvia. I have a residence permit. I recently received it, and I am very proud of it,” and Latvian real estate is listed in my wife’s declaration.http://perebezhchik.ru/slukhi/921.html

In March 2014, together with others, he signed an appeal in defense of the Russian musician Andrei Makarevich, who criticized the policy of the Russian authorities in Ukraine. Prokhorov, Yarmolnik and Roizman defended Makarevich

In May 2007, Yarmolnik assaulted photographer Marat Saichenko (in May 2014, Saichenko was awarded the Order of Courage by Putin for his work in Ukraine). In April 2016, he attacked journalists with his fists at the exit of the restaurant after the celebration of the birthday of Alla Pugacheva and broke the viewfinder of the video camera of the operator of the NTV television company. In addition, Yarmolnik admitted that in the 1980s he had already broken a camera to a journalist from Komsomolskaya Pravda.

Wherein:

- After the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 90s, Leonid Yarmolnik financially supported famous Soviet film actors who were on the verge of poverty. Monthly sending to their address for 200 US dollars.

In March 2014, he supported the annexation of Crimea to Russia, calling it primordially Russian land. In the same interview, he accused Western Ukrainians of xenophobia.

In general, "creative personality" in its purest form. The attitude to citizenship is indicative, he took the Ukrainian one, made a deal, applied for the Latvian one - the whole world is a theater. Normal deeds and actions in life are also significant.

Given that he supported the annexation of Crimea, it is not clear why he said what he said at all. Apparently, the example of Makarevich and Akhedzhakova does not teach anything, but in vain.

Leonid Yarmolnik and Nikolai Fomenko, who on the air of the Latvian radio Baltkom called the Russians "vulgar people" who do not know who Stalin, Lenin and where Crimea is, refused the request of the VZGLYAD newspaper to comment on their statements.

“You are the 25th person today to ask me this question. I want to say that in this article everyone was distorted, all our words were taken out of context, we were talking about something completely different, ”Leonid Yarmolnik told the VZGLYAD newspaper.

“In this article, everyone was distorted, all our words were taken out of context, we were talking about something completely different”

To the journalist’s remark that a video recording of the broadcast was published on the Internet, where these statements are made, Yarmolnik said: “Well, we must understand that our words were distorted, I don’t know why media representatives always present our words in a wrong way, as they were said.

When asked to ask Yarmolnik a question not on behalf of a journalist, but on behalf of a citizen, the artist replied: “No, as a citizen you can’t.”

In turn, Nikolai Fomenko also refused to clarify his words. “Sorry, I don’t talk on the phone with strangers, especially journalists,” he told the VZGLYAD newspaper.

Recall, as it became known the day before, Yarmolnik and Fomenko on the air of the Latvian radio Baltkom, discussing censorship in Russia, said that the Russians are “vulgar people”. The broadcast was posted on YouTube.

So, Fomenko said that modern Russians do not know who Lenin, Stalin and Gorbachev are. At the same time, he declares that a huge number of talented young people have matured in Russia.

“I can say with confidence that no orders from the very top have ever been received,” says Fomenko. “Not a single performance excites people the way social networks excite them.”

At the same time, he believes that it is "very difficult" for the Russians. “Over the past ten years, world civilization has collapsed on them. He can buy a car, he can go, he can get rights, he can go abroad. Cars, electronics, new televisions - he never had this, he doesn't know anything about it. He is slowly going crazy, and therefore he runs, puts pigs in, spits, throws something - this is their opinion and understanding. There are more crazy people,” said Nikolai Fomenko.

Yarmolnik supported him in relation to the Russians, whom he called "vulgar people who pull the blanket over themselves and want to be noticed in any way."

“I assure you, if the questions are about Crimea, I think that 90% of them will not explain to you by geography where Crimea is located. I guarantee,” Yarmolnik said.

It is worth noting that both artists answer in a playful tone throughout the broadcast, and it can be assumed that they were counting on the ironic perception of these remarks.

Leonid Yarmolnik has enough achievements and deeds. But, summing up the personal results of the year, he called the appearance of Pasha's second grandson the most important event. Twice grandfather explained why he appears on TV so rarely, spoke about the main projects and explained why he is now congratulated all year round “And again“ Happy New Year!

“We live with grandchildren in the country”

- What important events will be remembered in 2017?

The main thing is the birth of the second grandson. Grandchildren are my greatest happiness. With their appearance, I again look at the world through the eyes of children, rediscovering it - it's very interesting. You start noticing things you didn't notice before. understand what you didn’t understand before, and so on.

- Do you often see your grandchildren?

I spend all my free time with them: I walk, I play. While the children are small, we all live together in the country, so we see each other almost every day.

As for work, I continue to play in the play “And again“ Happy New Year! ”, Which I love very much. I don’t really like the word “entreprise”, so when we worked on this project, we tried to do everything to make it a full-fledged theatrical production. I am from Shchukin, Vakhtangov, and our performance is Vakhtangov in every respect. It is very difficult to stage a modern play in such a way that it makes you laugh and think about what is happening in life. Here it happened. The production team is one of the best: artists - Alexander Borovsky, Oksana Yarmolnik, Damir Ismagilov, Butman, Bashmet and Matsuev, my partner Kolya Fomenko sound as musical arrangement. We can already be proud of one poster! Spectators come to our performance for the second and third time.

- What new projects are planned for 2018?

There is a big idea that my co-producer and friend Valery Todorovsky and I hope to implement in 2018 - the film "Odessa". We were supposed to shoot this movie in 2017, but, unfortunately, we could not work in Odessa. Looking for ways to make this movie this year.

"I'm disappointed in TV"

- Which of the new films from Russian colleagues did you like in the past year? Everyone praises Arrhythmia.

I watched both "Arrhythmia" and "Dislike". The films are of very high quality. Certainly gloomy. Good movie about harsh reality. Speaking frankly about today's time, we have more problems than joys. The terrible story with Ukraine is unnatural from the point of view of everything: politics, geography, and family relations between the Russian and Ukrainian peoples. It even affected me. Because of my interview on Silver Rain, in which I said that it doesn’t matter whose Crimea it is, but it’s important that people live better, I became banned from entering Ukraine.

- You were in a solid company.

More than. They don't need Mikhalkov, Govorukhin, Raikin, Bashmet. These bans can only be imposed by crazy people. Who are they hurting? To his people. I do not undertake to comment on what I do not understand, but I think that this whole situation will not be resolved quickly. And it's very frustrating.

- On TV you appear rarely and selectively. Have you been ill with television or do they offer nothing worthwhile?

The question is rather revealing not me, but today's television. Seriously, and on the Hamburg score, I'm relatively disappointed in today's television. Regardless of whether the program belongs to a particular channel. All programs are replicated, identical, politicized, ideologically directed. I don't know how to deal with it. I'm not interested in television and I'm not interested in ratings that are based on cheap morally dubious things (who owes whom and how much, who lives with whom, etc.). The viewer has been so spoiled over the past 20 years that he does not perceive anything else. It's not my wardrobe, it's not my aesthetic. I myself most often watch the Culture channel, they speak a language that I understand, and I want my grandchildren to speak this language. I am often offered to lead various projects, but they do not suit me. If an idea of a program interesting for me was born, then I would be happy to lead it. So far there is no such idea.

Killing a dog is a step towards killing a person

You actively participated in the preparation of the Responsible Animal Care Act. Has the case moved forward?

For the past six months, I have been at all meetings in the government, the State Duma, the Federation Council, where work was underway on this law. It applies to all areas of relationships with animals, from animal husbandry to hunting. I worked on the part of the law that concerns stray animals, mainly dogs and cats (Leonid Yarmolnik is the chairman of the board of trustees of the International Animal Charitable Foundation “Giving Hope”, his daughter Alexandra is a co-founder of the foundation). I have been dealing with this issue for 20 years. The law is ready. The prospects for acceptance are good, as we are now in a busy pre-election period. There are many supporters and opponents. The state spends a lot of money on settling the issues of homeless animals - chipping, sterilization, registration of dogs. Spending this money for nimble, enterprising people becomes a form of business and profit: they launder money, shift it from one pocket to another, steal. These people do not want to change anything, so they are spreading information on the Internet, trying to turn public opinion against the adoption of the law. A lot has been invented, I stand only for the adoption of this law. Today, if a person kills a dog on the street, he cannot even be taken to the police. I believe that killing a dog is a kind of step towards killing a person. Therefore, according to the law, large fines will have to be paid for this, so that it is disrespectful. Otherwise, we will not educate the next generation. I think that this law should also be adopted so that the majority of people who treat animals the way I do, go to the polls with gratitude.

FAMILY MATTERS

“The daughter never trumped her last name”

- The family plays an important role in the upbringing of children. Do you agree?

Undoubtedly. I have been asked many times in my life: how did you raise such a wonderful, kind daughter? I answered: “In my opinion, I never taught her anything ... To say what is good and what is bad is not very effective. You have to see life. Sasha saw how we live, who comes to us, heard what we are talking about. And she grew up an honest, decent, mentally subtle person. She never trumped her surname, did not want a special relationship with herself. Starting from childhood, getting acquainted, it seemed simply: “Sasha”.

- Choose which cartoons to show to your grandson?

There are cartoons and films that I will show him. But there is no escape from technology today. At the age of one and a half, Petya could press the necessary button on the iPad to select and turn on the cartoon. I always worry when he is busy with electronic devices longer than the allowed time. I explain that my eyesight can deteriorate, showing my glasses. We are trying to read more books.

Then Yarmolnik and Fomenko came to Latvia, went on the radio and talked about what a terrible and stupid cattle lives in Russia. Calmly and, apparently, out of habit, they signed for all of us in savagery and barbarism before the civilized Balts. And it’s not even that most of what was said from the 30th minute, when it came to politics and art, just sounds delusional and has nothing to do with reality - the tone itself and undisguised contempt for Russia and Russian citizens are important.

For example, Yarmolnik in a blue eye claims that 90% of Krymnash supporters, that is, the majority of the Russian people, will not be able to find Crimea on a geographical map. And all the supporters of traditional values that criticize contemporary art will not name 3-4 paintings by Vasnetsov, Repin, Perov ... It's good that at least Serov was not mentioned - he would have sat in a puddle, given the recent queues for his exhibition in the Tretyakov Gallery. It is not even necessary to refute such statements - we are talking about open contempt and disrespect for the majority of our compatriots.

The once good humorist Fomenko went even further, saying that "we got into civilization recently and by accident," which means that we should not care about the opinion of the barbarian majority about the behavior of the enlightened minority. From his semi-delusional logic, it turns out that Makarevich has the right to a free opinion, and everyone else should shut up. He literally says: they say, we need to take away their phones, where they write statements to the police (sitting on the toilet, Yarmolnik adds), and let them sit in a stinking line "near the homeless" and try to write appeals by hand, as it should be cattle. When asked by the presenters that most people have such a position, Fomenko replies that we have no position - otherwise we would have already stood in the squares or smashed half of Paris like French students.

Highly revealing arguments of representatives of our bohemia, given the earlier proposed by Yampolskaya the conclusion of an agreement between cultural figures and society on the coordination of each other's interests under the supervision of the state. What and how can you negotiate with this kind of mankurts, who despise compatriots and consider us all undeveloped savages in the form of a down from "our rush" swearing while sitting on the couch? How to reach a compromise of a narcissistic minority without conscience and honor, despising the people, with the same people? What can be true art without love for the cause and the viewer, for their homeland? Is it possible to talk about the revival of Russian culture, or at least an end to the degradation of mass culture, when its leaders openly hate those with whom they were born in the same country?

Russian artists Leonid Yarmolnik and Nikolai Fomenko, who on the air of the Latvian radio Baltkom called the Russians "vulgar people" who do not know who Stalin, Lenin and where Crimea is, refused the request of the VZGLYAD newspaper to comment on their statements. “You are the 25th person to ask me this question today. In turn, Nikolai Fomenko also refused to clarify his words. "Sorry, I don't talk on the phone with strangers, especially journalists," he said.
