Vorobyov Maxim Nikiforovich is a brave artist who conquered an entire era. Maxim Vorobyov: 'Goldfish is in you'

Vorobyov Maxim Nikiforovich (August 6 (17), 1787, Pskov - August 30 (September 11), 1855, St. Petersburg) - Russian painter; takes significant place in the history of Russian painting as an artist and as a mentor to a whole generation of Russian landscape painters.
M. N. Vorobyov was the son of a soldier who rose to the rank of non-commissioned officer, and after his resignation, he was hired as a caretaker in the Academy of Arts. Here he was educated future artist: in 1798 he was enrolled in the architectural class, which was led by J. B. Thomas de Thomon, and graduated from the Academy of Arts in 1809 in the class landscape painting. Vorobyov's life turned out well: in 1814 he became an academician, the next year he began teaching, in 1823 he received the title of professor, and in 1843 - honored professor. He brought up several dozen students, among whom were many excellent landscape painters (I. K. Aivazovsky, A. P. Bogolyubov, L. F. Lagorio, G. G. and N. G. Chernetsov, and others); at the same time, he himself did not leave the brush all his life. Vorobyov wrote urban and seascapes, architectural monuments and views of nature, and sometimes episodes of war. He traveled a lot in Russia, repeatedly visited abroad and created new works based on the impressions of his trips. In 1813-14. the artist visited with Russian troops in Western Europe; the result of the trip was his canvas depicting a solemn prayer performed by the Russian clergy in Paris on the occasion of the victory. A little later, he performed a series of excellent views of Moscow, mainly painting the Kremlin. Vorobyov was widely known for paintings created after a trip to the Middle East (1820-21): "Entrance to the Church of the Resurrection of Christ in Jerusalem" (1822), " Interior view church on Calvary in Jerusalem "(1824)," Interior view Armenian Church in Jerusalem "(1820s), etc. In the late 1820s, the artist also visited the theater of military operations on the Danube. Based on the sketches and sketches made during the trip, landscapes of magnificent color were painted: "Bosphorus", "Seashore near Varna "(both 1829). Vorobyov's paintings invariably enjoyed success with the public and critics, he had to repeat many of them for customers. Still, the most valuable part of the artist's heritage is St. Petersburg landscapes, created mainly at the time of his creative flourishing, in the 1820-30s. Romantic image Petersburg with its cool beauty appears in the landscapes "Sunset in the vicinity of St. Petersburg" (1832), "Neva Embankment near the Academy of Arts" (1835), " Moonlight night in St. Petersburg" (1839), "Construction of St. Isaac's Cathedral", " Peter-Pavel's Fortress"(both 1830s) and others. A romantic painter, he managed to perceive the city in a new way - in unity with the dynamic life of nature, with the changing state of the atmosphere and lighting. Many Russian artists experienced the influence of his painting.

How the family clan of the governor works Vorobiev, in which Andrey Yurievich carries out political cover, and his younger brother is responsible for promoting business interests Maksim.

Recently it became known that the brother of the governor of the Moscow region Andrey Vorobyov Maxim, by the way, the official billionaire, together with the son of the ex-Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Gleb Frank, appealed to the President of the Russian Federation Putin with a request to change the scheme for distributing quotas for crab production. Both are co-founders "Russian Fishery Company" (RRPC), and the new rules for the distribution of quotas for the production of a particularly valuable Far Eastern marine animal were urgently needed for them to get another super-profit.

IN currently Vorobyov transferred his share to Teterkin

Without going into the intricacies of the organization of fishing in the Russian Federation, we note that the very fact that industrialists contact the head of state directly is evidence that this industry is so profitable that entrepreneurs literally “lost their heads” from calculating probable income. And they became so insolent that they demanded special preferences from the head of state for themselves.

Relationships are the key to business success

Maxim Vorobyov

Allocation of quotas through trading auctions disadvantaged others Russian participants market, because trading auctions it is necessary to have solid working capital. To date, it has not yet taken place, although the industry is still in a panic, since the proposal destroys all established practices, and in the future may cause significant damage to other business entities, workers and their families. Nature, finally, since the rules of auctions imply only one thing - the uncontrolled catch of a rare marine animal to the one who paid more money for the right to retrieve it. But in this case it doesn't even draw attention to itself. All of this is reminiscent of the story of the “obsessed” (according to Putin himself) businessman from Nizhny Tagil, when he announced that he would pay wage arrears to workers “if the President asked him to do so.” The "oborzevshiy" Tagilian was taken into circulation, but the young and arrogant relatives of big officials from Moscow and the Moscow region remained "afloat". True, the cautious Maxim Vorobyov, smoothly “left the topic” and left the scandalous RPKK, but remained a co-owner of no less scandalous in the Moscow region, Leningrad region, and several other regions Samolet Development LLC.

To date, several dozens of such “aircraft” have been registered in the Moscow Region, but all of them are united by two founders - a Singaporean company «Aircraft DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. Address 101 CECIL STREET, 22-01A, TONG AND BUILDING, SINGAPORE, 069533. And another office from the British Virgin Islands called Murlan Services Limited. Co-founders there and there are also legal entities with different names but the same leaders - Evtushevsky Igor Viktorovich(TIN: 5003106029), and Grishin Dmitry Mikhailovich(TIN: 7731471400). But the family of Governor Andrey Vorobyov “rules” the whole economy, who during his governorship has grown family ties“to the point of indecency,” as V. Vysotsky sang. For example, at the head of the whole chain partner firms"Airplane" is the mother of the governor of the Moscow region Andrey Vorobyov Lyudmila Vorobyova. The governor's son-in-law got into the company Mark Tipikin- son of a banker Pavel Tipikin, and, accordingly, the daughter of Andrei Vorobyov Ekaterina Tipikina(Vorobeva).

Markusha and Katyusha Tipikin. Clan Sparrows

All these "comrades" manage businesses in the Moscow region, which could not even exist without the decisions of the governor Vorobyov and the government of the Moscow region. But, however, they exist, and even bring billions of dollars to their co-owners. At the same time, the government of the Moscow region is doing everything possible to make life difficult for other developers. On construction market bribery and bureaucratic lawlessness flourish. For example, in 2015 Andrey Vorobyov's officials monopolized the issuance of building permits. The City Planning Council is engaged in this, and it is necessary to “bring it in” there in order to obtain permission. And to bring a lot - from 10 to 30% of the cost of a future new building. From 8 to 12% the cost of intermediary services. If we take into account that about 8 million square meters of housing are rented in the Moscow region per year, with average cost 1 square meter in a thousand dollars, it is not difficult to calculate the amount of bribes - about 1 billion rubles. Meanwhile, in the Moscow region today there are more than 300 unfinished projects. And these are only residential buildings, to which one and a half million square meters of commercial space should be added. By the way, there are houses and townhouses that are completely built, but they are not connected to communications - there is no permission to connect. Such “rules” of the Moscow Region government have led to the fact that thousands of people who have already paid their money for construction cannot move in, and homeless people are happy to settle in new buildings.

“Russia, do you hear the itch? Two sparrows are crawling on you"

Meanwhile, Maxim Vorobyov and the companies of his partners continue to develop in the Moscow region and Moscow. Now on hearing (officially announced) information about the launch of new projects together with Roman Abramovich and Alexander Klyachin. Samolet, the two capitals and JSC Khimki Molzhaninovo signed an agreement on the construction of a new residential area 10 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road near Sheremetyevo Airport. It's about on the construction of one and a half million square meters worth about 60 billion rubles. Today, this is Vorobyov Jr.'s first project of "Airplanes" on the territory of Old Moscow. Analyst CIAN (real estate website) Alexander Pypin believes that Vorobyov Jr.'s "Airplane" was taken into the Moscow project because the companies have experience in building large volumes of housing for relatively low prices. The average spread can be from 65 to 75 thousand rubles per square meter. But here it is worth paying attention to the quality of housing being built, which is provided by the companies of Maxim Vorobyov.

Today, the entire Moscow region is moaning from this “quality”, and “Aircraft Development” feels like a fish in water (speaking of the fish business of Maxim Vorobyov - he is the owner of the Russian Aquaculture company). In 2016, when the population gathered in Tomilino to participate in public hearings on the development of the microdistrict, the Vorobyovtsy drove a whole bus full of militants there. Strong young people did not even let their mouths open to the inhabitants who had their own opinion. Threats and forcible expulsion of "dissenters" from the site where the hearings were held were used. The houses built by Samolet-Development are already called "foam", which means that their service life will hardly exceed 20 years. And besides, the layout of the dwellings (15 - 18 meters) is a studio apartment, which should not be considered a full-fledged housing. Construction by the governor's brother is carried out with gross violations environmental standards and laws, and is accompanied by the illegal transfer of land from one category to another in order to create the most comfortable conditions for Maxim Vorobyov. Speaking of ecology, for example, in Lyubortsy, Samolet-Development is now building housing on aeration fields (a type of sewage treatment plant - a piece of land on which waste and sewer water is distributed for their purification). That is, half of the Moscow region suffers and suffocates from the stench of landfills, and here the inhabitants will be driven into the sewers for their own money. This area has already been called the Dioxin Ghetto.

The business of the Vorobyov brothers in the Moscow region turns the region into an absolutely depressive territory, where the interests of the inhabitants are in the very last place, but the billions of Maxim Vorobyov will always be in the first place.

“An incredible tangle of infrastructural problems that could only appear as a result of a disregard for people, a thirst for profit and managerial mediocrity,” blogger Vladislav Naganov described the situation in the Moscow Region.

He notes that the "barbaric" development creates not only health problems for residents, but due to the high population density creates a whole range of infrastructural problems. In particular, the burden on social services is growing, which, with their miserable salaries, are simply not able to cope with the tasks of serving a growing population.

Vorobyov Maxim Yuryevich - a modern businessman, is the chairman of the board of directors of PJSC Russian Aquaculture.

Originally from Russia, Krasnoyarsk, where he was born on 09.08. in 1976. Graduated from 2 higher educational institutions: Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, and also completed an MBA course in Spain (Executive MBA Universidadde Navarra).

Vorobyov Maxim Yurievich

Career history of M.Yu. Vorobiev

In the mid-90s, together with his brother, he created an organization that was called the Russian Sea, in this moment it is called "Russian aquaculture".

At first, the organization was focused on export activities, then - on fish processing. M.Yu. Vorobyov actively participated in the activities of the company, was engaged in sales, was a manager, then in the process of developing the organization as a sales director, and later took the position of executive director.

Already at the beginning of the 2000s. he bought a controlling stake in Russian Sea and took leadership position- Post of General Manager. Then he joined the board of directors of the company (in 2007), and after 2 years he became its chairman.

After another 2 years, he became one of the founders of another enterprise - "Russian Sea - Production", which is now called the "Russian Fishery Company". The main activity of the organization is fishing.

Later (2013), he sells the Russian Sea brand along with the fish processing business. The new organization is named "Russian Aquaculture", and its main activity is the cultivation of certain types and fish varieties (aquaculture). At the moment, the company is actively developing, and Maxim Yuryevich continues to hold the post of chairman of the board of directors.

The success of a company depends not only on the volume Money directed to its development, but primarily on the level of intellectual capital that it has at its disposal.

Vorobyov Maxim Yurievich is a Russian businessman, investor, chairman of the board of directors and co-owner of the Russian Aquaculture company. In the business environment, he is known for large-scale projects in the fishing industry, including being recognized as the founder of the Russian Sea company.

First steps in business

Maxim Vorobyov was born in the suburbs of Krasnoyarsk. Was one of best students class, all school years actively involved in sports for a long time attended the hockey section. After graduating from school, he entered the Faculty of Economics of the Moscow Institute of International Relations of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

As part of one of his student practices, he joined his older brother, who several years earlier moved to Moscow and took his first steps in business. The brothers decided to supply fish from Norway, bordering Russia in the northwest: they began to carry small batches of mackerel and herring and distribute them to retail outlets. Interest in partnership with start-up businessmen at the stores grew rapidly, as they relied on strict compliance with the agreements: they tried to organize the supply of fish ahead of the deadlines prescribed in the contract, according to fair price and the best quality.

Being in the last year of the institute, Maxim Vorobyov combined study and work. My brother had agreements with Norwegian companies and ensured the supply of quality products, Maxim had the organization of a well-functioning sales network and control over compliance with the terms of contracts with those who buy products outlets. Having started the business together, the brothers gradually expanded the team. Maxim, who actually worked as a sales manager, became a sales director, having received several managers as assistants. The brother served as the CEO. It was then that the business was named "Russian Fish Company".

As the sea of possibilities expanded

A few years later, when the company acquired not only a staff, but even opened a branch in Voronezh, which supplied fish to the southeastern regions of Russia, it was decided to create a fish processing plant. Carrying out these plans Maxim Vorobyov went to Spain, to the recognized international business school IESE, to improve his competencies in business management. Living in fact in two countries, Maxim graduated from this school a year later, receiving a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Meanwhile, his company began construction of a small factory in the city of Noginsk near Moscow, which began to produce salted fish and caviar. For these products, the team of Maxim Vorobyov developed the Russian Sea trademark, which very quickly entered all the largest retail chains and became popular with consumers. By 2000, products under this brand were supplied to almost all regions of the country.

Gradually, the "Russian Fish Company" expanded the range of its products and the production itself, equipping it with new technological equipment. Sea delicacies, caviar, a variety of salted and baked fish appeared in the "Russian Sea" line. Meanwhile, Maxim's brother was gradually moving away from the fish business, and in fact, the management of the company passed to Maxim. He became first executive director"Russian Sea", then CEO, and after he bought his brother's part of the shares of the Russian Fish Company from his brother, he became the chairman of the board of directors and the sole owner of the business.

In 2010 Maxim Vorobyov decided to take the company through an IPO in order to raise additional funds for development by selling the company's shares on the stock exchange - at that moment the business was growing rapidly, and Maxim did not want to miss the chances for consolidation. The Russian Sea brand, which by that time had become famous and popular with Russians, was decided to be used as the name of the company. The Russian Fish Company became the Russian Sea Group of Companies.

Deep dive

IPO as expected Maxim Vorobyov, allowed, firstly, to expand production and increase the range of products, and secondly, opened up new segments for business. The company, in particular, took up aquaculture - growing fish, having bought for this several fish-breeding lake sites in Karelia and the rights to develop plots in the water area Barents Sea V Murmansk region. In Karelia, "Russian Sea" began to grow trout, and in the Murmansk region - salmon. At the forefront was the idea of using our own fish in the fish processing industry, and not purchased from other companies that catch or grow it.

Parallel Maxim Vorobyov attracted partners to organize a fishing business: the Russian Sea - Production company was established, which brought together several small fishing companies from different coastal regions of the country. Having modernized the fishing vessels, "Russian Sea - Dobycha" started catching herring and pollock, as well as cod, greenling, lemon, squid.

The aquaculture direction required significant funds: Russia had no experience in this agricultural segment, here it was possible to focus only on the expertise of other countries. Inspired by the development of this project, Maxim Vorobyov decided to sell the fish processing part of the business and direct funds to aquaculture. He often personally traveled to Norway, Chile, the Faroe Islands to learn from these states, which are considered world leaders in aquaculture.

And the Noginsk plant of the Russian Sea and the rights to use this brand in 2013 were transferred to another manufacturer of fish products; Maxim Vorobyov focused on the commercial cultivation of fish and fishing. The companies were named "Russian Aquaculture" and "Russian Fishery Company" respectively.

Not a single fish

Parallel Maxim Vorobyov invested in other projects, choosing areas that were interesting and understandable to him. In particular, he was involved in the development of several construction companies, among which one of the largest developers in the north-west of the country, Glavstroy-SPb, was also the owner of shares in a number of Russian banks and mining companies. In 2014-2015, he became a business angel and invested in a number of technology startups.

According to Maxim Vorobyov himself, he is attracted by science-intensive projects that require development from scratch. In the implementation of his projects, he is focused on the implementation innovative technologies. I am convinced that "the success of a company depends not only on the amount of money allocated for its development, but primarily on the level of intellectual capital that it has at its disposal." He believes that "the basis of any promising project is the right idea, competent people and advanced technology." Also believes that " real success, this is when you make the most of your potential: you should not rely on the "goldfish" - it is in yourself.

Maxim Vorobyov has been happily married for a long time and has four children. Still engaged in active sports, including hockey, loves to travel, reads a lot.
