Dear readers, today I invite everyone to take a little break from the hustle and bustle of life and fill themselves with autumn aromas. And these will be the aromas of autumn in the paintings of artists. I invite you to feel the colors autumn painting, wake up a little from our grayness outside the window and just have a good time.

I like to compare some time of year with musical instrument. And for me, autumn is a violin. If you are familiar with our magazine “Scents of Happiness,” you probably remember my words. There is something elusively subtle, piercing - aching, deep and very heartfelt both in autumn and in the violin. Let's not be sad, I suggest you watch paintings by artists to the accompaniment of music, read some poems and my thoughts. Perhaps many of them will be in tune with you.

For the background of viewing the paintings, I chose music from the Irish-Norwegian duo Secret Garden. The violin theme will be complemented by keyboards. This is such a classic combination. In these hands talented performers true magic is born. Let the composition “Poem” accompany such a journey through autumn. Just make sure the music is not so loud that it doesn't distract you. I delayed a little with the theme of autumn, I selected each picture so carefully, but only now, closer to winter (I smile...) we will remember the autumn colors of a real golden autumn.

The autumn landscape outside the window is not very pleasing. It rained all September, and October surprised us with frosts and snow. But how do you want bright ones? autumn colors and blue-blue sky. These are the colors I saw in the paintings of Australian artist Graham Gercken. For my taste, the paintings are somewhat decorative, but now the body simply needs some exaggeration and saturation color range. I am happy to publish bright autumn landscapes on the blog, maybe for someone this artist’s painting will also become color therapy))

Artist Graham Gercken was born in Australia in 1960. He is self-taught art education. went from a hobby to professional activity. Impressionism became the closest style for him.
Graham Gercken painted for 10 years and sold his paintings to numerous tourists. Bright and rich colors attracted attention immediately, the paintings quickly sold out.

In 2003, the artist went to China, where he met famous masters who share their secrets with him and help him improve his drawing technique. He then continued to travel around the world for several years. The artist visited Asia, Europe and America, personally got to know many famous artists, and admits that he learned a lot from them. In his paintings you can often see the nature of Australia and North America.
