    The subject of the history of musical variety styles is included in the complex of general professional disciplines for the specialty Musical variety art. The course is devoted to the study of diverse areas and genres of mass musical culture, therefore, it includes several substantive sections: 1. Variety music; 2. Jazz art; 3.Rock culture; 4. Mass genres of musical theater.
